Abstract/Summary:
The use of acoustic methods to detect the ocean has always been an important way for all human beings to explore the ocean.Among them, sonar has always played an indispensable role in ocean exploration.Especially with the continuous consumption of inland resources, more and more countries have turned their attention to the field of resource acquisition to the ocean. The importance of imaging sonar research and development has grown over time.In the actual detection site, the marine sonar equipment can clearly and truly distinguish the specific information of the detection target, and the obtained information can more accurately complete a series of target detection, target tracking, seabed salvage, lake terrain mapping analysis, etc.work tasks.Due to the rapid development of science and technology, higher requirements have also been put forward for the application of sonar technology. The TKIS-I previously developed by our laboratory is also facing the necessity of redesign in terms of localization, portability and low power consumption. In order to meet the more demanding detection needs, our research group began to re-develop a new generation of head-mounted mechanical scanning sonar. This paper will study the hardware design and implementation of the head-mounted mechanical scanning imaging sonar device. The specific work mainly includes the following contents:Gather information.Use the Internet to find relevant information, and conduct comprehensive investigations and data collection on the current domestic and foreign situations in this field.Through the Internet, books, mentor conversations, research institute exchanges, field visits, etc.,we can further understand the current impact of sonar detection technology at home and abroad on the utilization of marine resources,as well as the common problems faced,so as to grasp the direction that needs to be broken.Develop a system design plan. The system design plan is to further improve the product during the research and development process. In this design process, laboratory members need to participate in the actual work of the project, complete a relatively preliminary product design on the basis of full discussion and communication, and then go through testing,interviews,research,design,re-verification,In the process of re-deliberation,a relatively comprehensive and scientific system design plan can be completed.Procurement of components in the design scheme, and test their functions one by one,and then design each small module of the system, such as:MM32 minimum system module design,FPGA minimum system module design,24V power module design,Ethernet Transmission module design,high-speed ADC circuit module design, stepper motor drive module design, optocoupler reset detection module design. After having the idea of??Module design, test each module to ensure that the operation of each module can meet the requirements of system design.Integrate all modules that are normally debugged according to the pre-designed workflow to ensure that each module can operate normally according to the system requirements after integration, and can be displayed normally. After the system completes the debugging work and indoor and outdoor experiments,it summarizes the difficulties encountered in the whole process, and makes some considerations for the improvement direction of the system in the future, and summarizes the research results.Through the experimental results of the prototype, the hardware circuit design and software of the head-mounted mechanical scanning imaging sonar are verified.Design, the product can finally meet the expected requirements, which proves that the system is running well.
