The spin-related asymmetry effects that occur during highenergy scattering are very powerful tools for exploring the spin and flavor-dependent structures within nucleons. The study of these spin asymmetry degree effects can help us understand more information about the quark spin-orbit correlations in hadrons, and thus understanding and exploring the sources that.generate these spin asymmetries has been an important research direction in spin physics. The single-spin asymmetry effect arising from the quark-gluon correlation function has been observed by a large number of experiments. Therefore, the study of singlespin asymmetry effects associated with the three-gluon correlation function that appear during high-energy scattering is not only an important way for us to investigate more deeply the structural spins inside nucleons, but also the main research aim of this thesis. In this thesis, the contribution of the three-gluon correlation function to the spin asymmetry of the semi deep inelastic scattering process and the direct-photon process will be investigated based on twist-3 colinear factorization framework. The paper is divided into three main parts, starting with a review of the entire basic concepts of high-energy physics in Chapter 2.In Chapter 3,we rigorously prove the factorization formulas for the quark-gluon correlation function and the three-gluon correlation function in twist-3 factorization framework. For Chapter 4,we focus on the derivation of the QCD evolution equation for the quark-gluon correlation function and the application of the factorization formula for the three-gluon correlation function. For example, the contribution of the three-gluon correlation function to the transverse single-spin asymmetry of semi-deep inelastic processes and direct photon processes. Finally,we conclude this paper and look into the future。...
