Switched reluctance motor(SRM)has the characteristics of wide speed range,good energy saving effect,and high operating efficiency.In recent years,it has attracted widespread attention from scholars at home and abroad and has been applied in many fields.However,due to non-linear effects such as motor structure and magnetic circuit saturation,SRM torque ripples are large.It is difficult for conventional controllers to adapt to changes in complex working conditions,which affects the application of SRM in high reliability and high precision applications.Aiming at the problems of large SRM torque pulsation and the problems of conventional controllers,this dissertation combined with the three-phase 12/8 SRM speed regulation system,and through analysis of its operating mechanism,proposed an adaptive disturbance control technology and direct torque control Combined control strategy.First,this article analyzes the research background of switched reluctance motors,analyzes the research status of switched reluctance motors,active disturbance rejection control,and direct torque control.Second,it introduces the operating principle of SRM,its basic equations,and mathematics.The model is deduced and analyzed,and the basic control strategy of SRM is analyzed in detail.Then,the SRM-based direct torque control technology is explained.The direct torque control has large torque fluctuations in the commutation area and the reasons for negative torque.Based on the analysis,based on this,an improved direct torque control strategy based on the commutation zone is proposed.At the same time,for the motor speed loop,the auto-disturbance control technology is introduced to improve the control performance.The working principle and its composition,on the basis of analyzing the disadvantages of traditional ADRC control,an improved ADRC controller is designed.Finally,on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform,the direct torque control and ADRC are completed.Control the simulation building of each component module and carry out simulation research.Under different operating conditions,perform simulation comparison with traditional control methods.Really proved the superiority of the proposed control method.Using TMS320F28335 as the main control chip of the experimental platform,an experimental platform for the overall speed regulation system was set up.The principle and function of each component circuit of the hardware part were explained,and the program design flow of the software part was explained in detail.The experimental test is carried out on the designed experimental platform,and the experimental waveforms are compared with the simulated waveforms.The results show that the control strategy combining the improved ADRC and the improved direct torque control designed in this paper can be effective.The torque ripple of the switched reluctance motor is reduced,and the overall control performance of the system is improved.
