Nitrogen deposition is one of the most important environmental problems in the global change. The study on the effects of atmospheric nitrogen deposition on soil nitrogen transformation and soil N2O emission is mainly concentrated in temperate regions. In this study, the effect of nitrogen(BF)and Mount Huangshan pine(NF)on soil nitrogen transformation rate and N2O emission was studied by means of indoor simulated nitrogen deposition(NH4NO3)test and field simulation test. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the response of soil nitrogen in the two stands of Mount Huangshan pine forest and bamboo forest.Under nitrogen addition, the soil nitrogen in Mount Huangshan pine was positive(mineralization).(2)the Mount Huangshan pine forest and bamboo forest soil N2O emission rate with time showed first increased and then decreased, but the early culture of Mount Huangshan pine soil N2O emission rate was significantly lower than that of bamboo forest cultivation, soil N2O emission rate between the two was not late. The N2O emission of bamboo forest soil was significantly higher than that of Mount Huangshan pine forest.(3)and low level(<40 kg N·hm-2·yr-1)of nitrogen inhibition of forest soil N2O emission trends, which may be related to nitrogen fertilizer promote the accumulation of vegetation biomass;and high nitrogen(>80 kg N·hm-2·yr-1)treatment will promote forest soil N2O emissions.
