Group Study On Improving The Safety Awareness Of The Elderly In Xi’ning City

With the aggravation of the aging phenomenon in China,the frequent fraud of the elderly in recent years has increasingly become a social problem affecting the healthy life of the elderly in their later years,which has a great impact on the health of the elderly group.The high fraud rate of the elderly is caused by many reasons,and how to reduce the occurrence of fraud by improving the elderly’s awareness of fraud prevention is the focus of this study.This study takes the elderly who have experienced fraud in community a as the research object,and uses research methods such as interview,participation observation and scale to evaluate the causes and current situation of fraud among the elderly in the community.Combined with cognitive behavior theory as practical guidance,this study adopts the way of group work,and uses the pre-test and post-test evaluation of questionnaire,the satisfaction evaluation of team members on group activities The evaluation method combining the change evaluation before and after team members’ activities.The study found that the elderly in the community have the need to deepen their understanding of fraud,improve their vigilance and change their cognition.Through the intervention of group work,they can help the service objects change their previous wrong cognition,improve their identification of social information,establish a correct awareness of fraud prevention and reduce the occurrence of fraud on themselves.Based on the cognitive behavior theory,the activity is carried out step by step from understanding fraud prevention to changing cognition,and then to doing a good job in fraud prevention measures,so that the elderly have a further understanding of fraud prevention,can make a better judgment on fraud information,and then improve their awareness of fraud prevention.The conclusion of this study is that group activities can change the wrong perceptions of team members,such as trusting others,weak prevention psychology,greed for small and cheap,insufficient protection of privacy information,form a new understanding of elderly fraud,and effectively improve the fraud prevention awareness of the elderly.
