Research On The Construction And Application Of The Evaluation Index System Of Football Referees’ Executive Ability

Abstract/Summary:
Scientific evaluation of referees’ ability is an important issue to improve the level of Chinese football referees and even the level of Chinese football.The establishment of a reasonable evaluation system of referees’ executive ability not only meets the needs of deepening the football reform,but also provides a theoretical basis for the selection,training and training of excellent referees by the CFA arbitration committee and its member associations.In this paper,using expert interviews,questionnaire,Delphi and analytic hierarchy process and other research methods,according to the basis and principles of the construction of the evaluation index system,combined with the characteristics and requirements of the development of football referees,we build the evaluation index system of football referees’ executive ability,use AHP to carry out weight analysis,develop the evaluation scale of football referees’ executive ability,and use it to evaluate In order to develop the Self-Evaluation Questionnaire of referees’ judgment ability,the questionnaire is distributed to the referees who are currently in charge of football matches in Zhejiang Province for application verification.Research results:1.Construct and complete the evaluation index system of football referees’ judgment ability.(1)Three first level indicators of professional ethics,judgment quality and on-the-spot judgment skills,12 second level indicators of theoretical knowledge level and physical fitness status,and 36 third level indicators of whistle,pre match preparation meeting and four in one are determined.(2)The weight coefficients of the first and second level indicators of football referees’ judgment ability are determined.The weight coefficients of the first level indicators are 0.256 for professional ethics,0.221 for judgment quality and 0.523 for on-the-spot judgment skills.The weight coefficients of the second level indicators are 0.711 for moral quality,0.289 for work style,0.277 for theoretical knowledge,0.48 for physical condition,0.1215 for psychological quality and 0.12 for relevant experience 15.The results showed that the accuracy of penalty was 0.302,the use of whistle and gesture was 0.054,the team cooperation was 0.071,the game management was 0.111,the ability of reading the game was 0.329 and the emergency handling was 0.133.(3)The development of an easy to operate "evaluation scale of football referees’ judgment ability" can make a more accurate evaluation of football referees’ judgment ability,so as to promote the improvement of football referees’ judgment ability.2.The application of the evaluation index system of football referees’ judgment ability--Taking Zhejiang Province as an example,the survey results are as follows:(1)The overall evaluation of Zhejiang football referees’ executive ability is at a good level,and they are competent for football referee work.In the three dimensions of judgment ability,the professional ethics score of the referee is the highest,and the judgment quality score is the lowest.(2)Under the dimension of professional ethics,the score of moral quality is the highest,and the score of work style is the lowest;under the dimension of executive quality,the score of theoretical knowledge is the highest,and the score of physical fitness is the lowest;under the dimension of on-the-spot executive skills,the score of emergency handling is the highest,and the score of penalty accuracy is the lowest.(3)In the judgment quality and on-the-spot judgment skills dimensions,male football referees are better than female football referees;national > preparatory national > national level 1 > national level 2,there are significant differences in each dimension;more than 6 years of judgment > 3-6 years of judgment > 0-3 years of judgment,there are significant differences in each dimension;graduate and above education > undergraduate education There are significant differences in the dimensions of judgment quality and on-the-spot judgment skills.Research conclusion:1.The evaluation index system of football referees’ ability to judge is composed of three parts: evaluation index,index weight and evaluation scale.The evaluation index includes three primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 36 three-level indicators.2.The index weight coefficient of on-site execution skill is the highest among the first level indicators,so we should pay attention to the development of judges’ on-site judgment and ability level.3.The application evaluation of the evaluation index system of football referees’ ability to judge their ability shows that the evaluation index system of the referee’s ability can better evaluate the referee’s ability of execution.4.The application of evaluation index system shows that the overall evaluation of the executive ability of football referees in Zhejiang Province is in a good state.Only in the work style,on-site execution skills,the accuracy of the sentencing needs to be improved.
