The popularization and promotion of campus football is inseparable from a professional and healthy faculty.However,in today ’ s campus football faculty,"non-specialized" teachers occupy a large proportion.Correspondingly,they do not They have received the attention and care they deserve,and the special "mismatch" has caused many "non-specialized" teachers to suffer deeply,and their professional survival status is worrying.This research attempts to analyze the professional survival status and survival dilemma of campus football "non-specialized" teachers,so as to provide reference and reference for them to get out of the survival dilemma.This research adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method and case study method.Firstly,it collects data from 450 campus football teachers in Zhejiang province through questionnaire survey,and then conducts in-depth interviews with 6 campus football teachers.Finally,based on the combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,it reveals the professional survival dilemma of campus football "non-specialized" teachers,analyzes the reasons for their survival dilemma from different perspectives,and proposes corresponding coping strategies.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Revealing the professional survival dilemma of“non-specialized”teachers of campus football in Zhejiang middle schools "Non-specialized" school football teachers in Zhejiang middle schools have serious professional survival dilemmas,which are mainly reflected in the mental state dilemma and professional development dilemma.Specifically,in the mental state dilemma,the "non-specialized" teachers have lower happiness,higher mental pressure and a certain degree of professional burnout;in the professional development dilemma,the "non-specialized" teachers lack professional football knowledge There are few opportunities for on-the-job training with skills,football,and poor self-learning.It is difficult to meet the increasingly high level of campus football work.2.Analyzed the reasons for the survival dilemma of "non-specialized" teachers in school football in Zhejiang middle schools from different perspectives and theories.Starting from the theory of individual-environment matching,it is pointed out that the cause of the mental survival dilemma of "non-specialized" teachers is that the unfavorable professional environment and multiple identities lead to multiple pressures.From the theory of human resource flow,it is pointed out that the cause of the "non-specialized" teacher’s professional survival dilemma is occupation.The environment is unfavorable.Starting from the need-level theory,it is pointed out that the reason for the predicament is that the "non-specialized" teachers’ need for respect and self-realization is not met.From the teacher professional development stage theory,it is pointed out that the cause of the "non-specialized" teacher professional development dilemma is lack On-the-job training and self-education point out from a realistic perspective that the cause of the plight of "non-specialized" teachers’ professional development lies in the lack of professional knowledge and ability.3.Put forward effective strategies for Zhejiang middle school campus football "non-specialized" teachers to cope with survival dilemmas"Non-specialized" teachers will adopt different strategies due to different survival dilemmas when facing professional survival dilemmas.When facing mental dilemmas,"non-specialized" teachers can use appropriate exercise,diversion and active self-regulation.When faced with professional development difficulties,"non-specialized" teachers can try to improve their professional football skills by consulting professionals,participating in football teacher training and strengthening self-learning.In addition,a qualified school or region based on the case study method to obtain a model of integration of inside and outside the school can greatly improve the professional ability of "non-specialized" teachers.
