Guizhou Private Non-enterprise Units Public Welfare Selection Problems And Countermeasures

Civilian-run Non-enterprise Units as the product of social development and economic transformation in China,In the realization social public service goal is assists the government the important social organization strength,Under the background of the modernization of National Governance System and governance capability,the sustainable choice of public welfare in its development process is worthy of attention.This paper is based on the theory of Department failure and resource dependence,This paper studies the public welfare choice of private non-enterprise units in Guiyang of Guizhou Province from the practical aspectFirst of all,the development enviever-growing attention from management and organization studies.In 2016,China issued the Charity Law of the People's Republic of China,marking the continuoronment and status quo of non-enterprise units run by citizens in Chengdu were mastered by contacting the Chengdu NPO Management Office and using the official data of Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau and Statistics Bureau.Secondly,this paper selected six local private non-enterprise units as case studies,and collected first-hand data from the practical level through participatory observation and in-depth interviews.The reasons,organizational structure and process of marketization of private non-enterprise units,and the influence of marketization.And influence its public welfare choice reason and countermeasure.Conclusions are drawn and suggestions for further research are put forward.
