Research On Rationalization Of College Students' Network Public Participation

The rapid development of the Internet has provided great convenience for college students to participate in the Internet,and a new era has come when everyone is a "media person".At present,college students' online public participation is characterized by high participation enthusiasm but weak participation ability,positive intention but unsatisfactory results.At the same time,due to the openness,concealment and disorder of the Internet,college students whose ideological development is not perfect often have problems when participating in the network public participation.In the process of free expression,there are also incidents that violate morality and law.They take advantage of the concealment and freedom of the network to vent their emotions,abuse others,network violence and invade others' privacy in the network public participation,which poses a threat to the security of the network environment.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to analyze and study the problems of contemporary college students when they are involved in network public participation,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.This paper makes an empirical study on college students' online public participation by questionnaire,which consists of five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The introduction first explores the background and significance of the current topic,summarizes the research trends of the topic,and summarizes the relevant theoretical achievements at home and abroad.The second chapter focuses on the understanding of the connotation and characteristics of college students' online public participation,which is mainly based on the connotation definition and theoretical basis of public participation summarized by predecessors.The third chapter firstly makes a systematic analysis of the questionnaire data,and summarizes the present situation of college students' participation,which is mainly reflected in the high enthusiasm,diversified channels,differentiated abilities and complicated motives,and concludes that there are some problems in the process of college students' participation,such as blindness,emotion and excessive participation.The fourth chapter summarizes the previous contents,and concludes that the main factors that affect the rationalization of college students' network public participation are subjective factors such as poor information identification ability,weak public participation ability and weak legal awareness,and objective factors such as mixed network environment,insufficient network education and imperfect network supervision mechanism.The fifth chapter of this paper is based on the understanding of the first four chapters,and draws the conclusion that the rational behavior of college students' online public participation should be realized from two aspects:improving their own conditions,that is,cultivating their value system,comprehensive quality and legal consciousness,and optimizing their participation environment,that is,establishing behavior evaluation mechanism,perfecting public opinion guidance mechanism and strengthening legal supervision mechanism in the network environment.
