With the development of science and technology,the requirements for talent training in the new era are gradually increasing,and school education also pays more attention to the cultivation of students' innovative ability and problem-solving ability.The experimental course "Modern Educational Technology Application" is a compulsory course for normal students.The main task is to cultivate the ability of normal students to use modern information technology to solve real problems in teaching.How to effectively carry out the teaching of this experimental course,improve the innovation ability and problem-solving ability of normal students,and promote the growth of normal teachers into future primary and secondary school teachers who meet the requirements of the new era are the issues that researchers are concerned about.As a learning paradigm,design-based learning has a natural advantage in developing students' innovation and problem-solving abilities.However,with traditional learning environment as a carrier,it is difficult to achieve high-level cognitive goals such as "innovation,design,and evaluation" for learners.Cultivation.Therefore,the author tried to investigate the status quo of the experimental class "Modern Educational Technology Application" and the needs of students,analyze the suitability of design-based learning based on the smart learning environment in the experimental class,and learn from the PST framework to find out in a problem-driven way.The optimal solution of a smart learning environment that supports design-based learning.Based on the above analysis,a design learning model based on a smart learning environment is constructed.This model is aimed at the main activity objects of design learning(teachers and students),and takes the real needs of design learning activities as clues to fully mobilize the smart learning environment.Various elements empower the design learning process including definition,analysis,inquiry,design,and evaluation,and finally realize the cultivation of learners' core goals(innovative ability and problem-solving ability).Later,design-based research was carried out in the experimental class of "Modern Educational Technology Application",aiming to verify the effectiveness of the model while further improving the constructed learning model.The results of classroom observations,student interviews,activity evaluations and questionnaires show that teachers and students are highly satisfied with the design of learning models based on the smart learning environment;at the same time,new ideas derived from innovation ability and self-worth realization are in the themed works of students The appearance of the creative process and results shows that the design learning model based on the smart learning environment has a certain effect in cultivating the learners' innovative ability and problem-solving ability.
