Research On Taekwondo Training Market In Zunyi City Based On SCP Paradigm

China's sports industry has ushered in a golden period of rapid development with the "opinions on accelerating sports industry to promote sports consumption" issued in2014,which provides a strong driving force for the development of sports training industry.Therefore,based on the SCP paradigm of economics,this study takes Zunyi Taekwondo training market as the research object,uses the methods of literature,investigation and mathematical statistics to analyze the structure,behavior and performance of Zunyi Taekwondo training market,explores its existing problems,and puts forward some suggestions.The results show that:(1)The main body structure and object structure of Taekwondo training market in Zunyi City have imbalance between men and women,most of them are men,the managers and coaches are younger,the consumer group in the market is single,mainly male students,aged between 7 and 12.(2)Zunyi Taekwondo training market concentration is not high.According to the absolute concentration analysis,it belongs to the low oligopoly type III market structure.According to the HHI index standard,the market belongs to the low oligopoly type II structure.(3)Zunyi Taekwondo training market is a double low barrier market with small product difference.It is a high-income and high-risk industry.(4)Zunyi Taekwondo training market mainly adopts two-level price discrimination pricing strategy,the pricing of class fees for students is between 26-35 yuan per class hour,and that for coaches is between 51-100 yuan per class hour.Their non price behaviors are similar,and they generally do not pay attention to publicity and promotion.(5)Zunyi Taekwondo training market has a certain ability of independent innovation.The operators have a weak sense of organizational adjustment among training points.The market organization structure is simple and the division of responsibilities is not clear.(6)The performance of Taekwondo training market in Zunyi city is superior in resource allocation,slightly profitable in the whole training point,the overall teaching level and ability of coaches are recognized by the students,and the students' competition performance is excellent,but the talent output rate of the market is not ideal,the coaches are polarized from the years of teaching,the rank level is in a low level,the frequency of participating in further education is less,and there is a gap between the students The number of competition places is crowded,uneven distribution,and the level of segment is general.In view of the problems,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Training points should design special courses for consumers of different genders and ages.(2)At the same time,the industrial and commercial departments take severe measures to crack down on the training points that operate in violation of regulations,so as to raise the threshold for the industry to exit.(3)All Taekwondo training centers in Zunyi city should take the initiative to increase publicity with the help of modern new media,join hands with enterprises to organize competitions,report performances,and carry out school enterprise cooperation.(4)The government should encourage the merger and development between training centers,strengthen the profitability and anti risk ability of training centers,and the operators should strengthen their own management knowledge structure and improve the internal organizational structure of training centers.(5)We should actively implement the relevant sports policies issued by the state,pay attention to the cultivation of reserve talents,encourage coaches to take the examination of grades and sections,strengthen professional skills,and provide training opportunities for excellent coaches.(6)Training centers can organize low-level athletes to participate in group competitions,so as to increase the opportunities for students to participate.
