Chinese traditional martial arts are my country's historical intangible cultural heritage.As one of the major categories of sports in my country,with the strong support of national policies in recent years,the popularity and mass base of traditional Chinese martial arts have been continuously improved,and the development of traditional martial arts industry has been accelerating.However,in the development of Chinese traditional martial arts,there are still problems such as low industrialization,poor practicability,differences in audience perception of traditional martial arts,and low level of promotion.This has led to the emergence of Western modern martial arts in my country's martial arts sports.The acceptance level is higher than that of traditional Chinese martial arts,and the development of traditional martial arts industry has been fettered to a certain extent.The Chinese traditional martial arts training institutions are responsible for the inheritance of traditional Chinese martial arts and are also an important part of the development of the traditional martial arts industry.How to reform traditional Chinese martial arts training institutions and conduct systematic and scientific marketing management has become one of the important topics in the development of contemporary traditional martial arts.A Traditional martial arts training institutions have a long history.The person in charge is an excellent inheritor of traditional Chinese martial arts,with strong teachers and a high reputation in the local area.However,due to the limitations of traditional Chinese martial arts and the lagging development of traditional martial arts training institutions,organization A's marketing concepts and strategies still remain in the traditional martial arts "master and apprentice" model.This is undoubtedly out of touch with the development of the times and is becoming increasingly fierce in sports.In the competition in the sports training market,the market share of Institution A is gradually shrinking.This article uses the macro,meso and micro marketing environment analysis of A's traditional martial arts training institutions,interviews with managers,and questionnaire surveys of consumers to obtain first-hand data.According to the obtained data and other materials,A Research on the marketing strategy and current situation of traditional martial arts training institutions,and summarize A.The marketing status and existing problems of traditional martial arts training institutions are the proliferation of target markets,similar positioning,single training content,imperfect price mechanism,lack of marketing channels,and low level of promotion.It also proposes a targeted marketing strategy and strategy optimization for traditional martial arts training institutions to adapt to contemporary society and industry development,including re-selecting the target market and optimizing product and brand positioning;optimizing product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy In order to improve the competitiveness of traditional martial arts training institutions of A in related types of training institutions,and solve the marketing development problems of traditional martial arts training institutions of A at this stage.To a certain extent,this article supplements the theoretical gaps in the research on the marketing strategy of the Chinese traditional martial arts training institutions,provide reference to the other Chinese traditional martial arts training institutions on Marketing strategy optimization,and provides a research basis for the research on the Chinese traditional martial arts training institutions.
