Research On The Social Work Service Mode Of"Industrial Injury Visiting"

With the continual development of urbanization and industrialization,the legitimate rights and interests of the floating population,especially rural migrant workers,in terms of employment,medical care and social security have been repeatedly compromised.In recent years,the incidence of industrial injury accidents in China has been increasing year by year,and the disputes result from the difficulty in rights protection of industrial injury and the long period of rehabilitation treatment have become a social problem.Due to the complex social problems faced by the injured employees,the selection of appropriate mode of intervention is particularly important for social worker in the process of solving the problems.As social work in Chinese mainland develops,influenced by developments of social work in the West,Hong Kong and Taiwan,the mainland social workers focus too much on the capabilities of the three traditional working methods in practice(i.e.social case work,group work,and community work),whereas ignore the social work methods reform and innovation in the local situation,the multiple crossover and awareness of resource mobilization.As a result,the mainland social workers frequently cannot offer effective solution when clents facing multicomplex problems.Society ecosystems Theory is of great enlightening significance in sloving the complex and diverse problems faced by occupational injury groups.Guided by the social ecosystem theory,this article draw lessons from Visiting Occupational Injury Group Poject in L District,Shenzhen,and attempt to explore a "dual track merging way"(project operating depth service path + cross wide angle service system)social work service mode characterized by "P(plan)-D(do)-C(check)-A(act)",in which the central clients are occupational injury groups.In the aspect of service path,carrying out the project thinking of rolling circle testing,this model conducts the process of "pre-estimation-implementation-evaluation-test-standardization and then action".In terms of service system,the professional knowledge and methods of social work are integrated into different living systems of clents,and the horizontal service system for injured workers is built through internal and external multi-system interaction.In a merging way,the service path and service system work together to promote the solution of occupational injury problems organically.In essence,this model is a localized practice model of social work,which has certain innovation and local applicability,and can provide reference samples for localized social work practice.
