With the rapid development of politics and economy as well as the evolution of globalization,China's cultural industry is in the trend of diversification.Building a cultural power and enhancing cultural confidence is the urgent task of current cultural construction.The issue of ethnicity has been concerned all over the world,many countries are training excellent music talents to contribute to the folk music culture industry.With the promotion of quality-oriented education,ethnic minority music,as an important part of ethnic music,shoulders the role of carrying forward ethnic spirit,strengthening cultural power and enhancing ethnic cohesion.The teaching of ethnic minority music in junior high schools can help students learn the relevant knowledge of ethnic minority music,understand the humanistic characteristics and local customs of ethnic minorities,and promote the aesthetic quality of middle school students.Cultivate students' interest in ethnic culture,enhance ethnic confidence,and deepen the sense of ethnic honor,so as to understand each ethnic group more systematically.Our country has always been very protective of minority music,which is reflected in the policy and the way of inheritance.However,due to the different economic development in different regions and the different distribution of ethnic minorities in different regions,there are obvious differences in the situation of learning ethnic music.Ethnic minority music is reflected in school curriculum and activities as a characteristic course in ethnic minority communities,and the value of ethnic minority music is brought into play in music teaching.However,schools in non-minority areas will face some problems in teaching ethnic music,which makes it difficult for ethnic music to give play to its own advantages.Because the author studied the ethnic music and professional knowledge in xinyang Z middle school have three years of teaching experience,in such conditions by students,teachers of the school to carry out the investigation and interview,understand a student is not interested in ethnic minority music prefer to pop music,willingness to learn is not strong,resulting in the classroom knowledge mastering of is very low.This phenomenon appears,first of all,the school's support for music activities is not enough,ignoring the effect of music discipline on the improvement of students' comprehensive quality;Second,teachers' professional teaching ability needs to be strengthened,teaching objectives are not clear,the lack of awareness of inheriting minority music and the underdevelopment of school-based resources.The problems presented in the teaching of ethnic minority music should be studied in the classroom,and the problems in the teaching should be solved one by one.It is clear that students' overall development and inheritance of ethnic minority music culture is the goal;Make detailed teaching plans,feel and appreciate minority music,learn minority songs,dances,Musical Instruments and some excellent pop songs with "minority elements";Set up reasonable teaching methods and adopt diversified teaching methods such as cultural experience,language and practical demonstration.Improve teaching evaluation,pay attention to the related training of ethnic minority music,strengthen teachers' study of ethnic minority music cultural knowledge and improve skills.
