In recent years, the informatization construction of the medical service system has received widespread attention at home and abroad, and a large number of government agencies and enterprises have made certain progress in the field of digital medical care.Among them, electronic health records have gradually become the mainstream form of medical data storage, which not only allows medical institutions to better manage patient data in a unified manner, but also facilitates physicians to carry out follow-up treatment. However, the information systems of most medical institutions currently use their own independent centralized storage methods, which makes it difficult for medical institutions to efficiently interconnect data and bring inconvenience to patients in cross-institutional visits. On the other hand, such information systems are also vulnerable to hacker attacks and data leakage, which in turn leads to problems such as illegal sales, which seriously damages the privacy of patients. Therefore, the core problem of this paper is how to realize safe and reliable data sharing among medical institutions on the premise of protecting the privacy of medical data.In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a medical data privacy protection model, which is established based on blockchain technology. Its decentralization,tamper-proof,traceability and other characteristics can ensure that the system has good robustness and data security in order to achieve reliable data sharing among medical institutions. And by analyzing the application scenarios of electronic health records, combined with the design ideas of the DPo S consensus algorithm and the Po P consensus algorithm, the consensus algorithm has been modified to ensure the fair competition of bookkeeping rights from the probability and reduce the participation threshold of small and medium-sized medical institutions. In terms of data processing, the electronic health record data is divided and processed separately through technologies such as asymmetric encryption and group signatures.Physicians encrypt and upload basic data, and use the hash value to replace the patient's identity information. Each medical institution acts as a group member and blockchain node to sign and package the data and upload it to the chain to realize the safe sharing of data. The combination of the AES algorithm and the national secret SM2 algorithm can provide sufficient security strength on the premise of ensuring encryption efficiency, and the use of group signature technology enables medical institutions that are members of the group to sign on behalf of the entire group under the condition of anonymity. The signature can be easily verified using the group public key.The sensitivity of data records is further reduced by erasing location information. In the case of partial data leakage, the scheme can still prevent attackers from obtaining valid sensitive data, and the modified consensus algorithm can avoid the monopoly of accounting rights by nodes with high computing power. In addition, the data throughput can also meet the actual needs. However, limited by the block capacity, the sharing of large files such as medical images still needs to be improved, and the copyright protection of medical images is also a matter of concern. In general, this solution has certain practical value in the application scenario of electronic medical records in the case of plain text.
