Sustainability is critical to the fast fashion supply chain.Fast fashion has become the second most polluting industry in the world,and achieving sustainable management of lowlevel suppliers is the guarantee for the safety and reputation of core companies in the fast fashion supply chain.The role of information sharing is to provide management guarantees for core companies.The "unsustainable" problems in the fast fashion supply chain will have a serious impact on core companies,not only affecting the business activities of enterprises,but even endangering the health of consumers.Achieving cross-level sharing of fast fashion supply chain plays an important role in the sustainable management of low-level suppliers,in which information sharing mode and data security are key factors.However,there are still problems such as difficulty for core companies to manage and monitor low-level suppliers across levels,unreliable information sharing schemes,and isolation of information and services from different enterprises.In response to these problems,this thesis proposes a blockchain-based fast fashion cross-level sharing platform.The main work is as follows:(1)Cross-level sharing mechanism of fast fashion supply chain based on blockchain.Aiming at the background of multi-layer supply chain of fast fashion,this thesis proposes a cross-level sharing platform based on blockchain to realize data security and trusted sharing.Problems with low-level suppliers.It includes three improvement methods: 1)local model update based on asynchronous node auditing mechanism,auditing the contribution of local models and adding privacy disturbances to solve the problem of centralized failure and malicious nodes in existing information sharing schemes;2)based on smart contracts The multi-rules adjust the global model update to reduce the utility of unreliable nodes;3)Po C consensus algorithm,based on the previous contribution,the proof-of-work consensus algorithm is improved to reduce computer resource consumption.(2)Construct a cross-level sharing strategy model of fast fashion supply chain in green mode.Under the green mode,study the basic triples in the multi-layer supply chain of fast fashion,take the tertiary supply chain system composed of two second-tier suppliers,a firsttier supplier and a core company as the research object,and combine information sharing Structure and demand function,etc.,analyze wholesale price and greenness from three sharing strategies,and consider the game between secondary suppliers.Reveal the optimal cross-level sharing strategy of the core company,and make a balanced decision-making analysis of the blockchain operation information fee.A shared strategy model across tiers can address lowlevel suppliers' non-compliance with sustainability standards and reduce the risk of "unsustainable".(3)Algorithm simulation and fast fashion cross-level shared platform development.In this thesis,the cross-level sharing algorithm is simulated based on Pytorch and the blockchain module simulation based on Ethereum.Experiments show that the reputation value of the cross-level sharing algorithm proposed in this thesis is significantly lower than other literature schemes,and the MLP model and CNN model are trained under the MNIST data set.The average accuracy of the algorithm is about 95%,which has a certain degree of convergence compared with the ASGD algorithm;the Po C consensus algorithm and the Po W algorithm have higher throughput and smaller delay.Finally,a fast fashion cross-level sharing platform is developed to display three functional pages: login and registration interface,information traceability and cross-level sharing.These functional services can ensure that product information is difficult to tamper with,establish an effective cross-level sharing mechanism,and strengthen the fast fashion supply chain.manage.
