With the rapid rise of emerging technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,the requirements of better speed and quality of basic networks is becoming higher and higher,and people's demand for high-performance network services is becoming more and more urgent.Under the above premise,the traditional network architecture is in urgent need of a subversive innovation to meet today's huge network demands.Therefore,the next-generation network architecture SDN emerges as the times require.The data plane and the control plane are separated,which is the biggest feature of SDN.SDN has a centralized control plane,which interacts with the data plane through the southbound interface to achieve unified control,configuration,and management.At the current stage,although the SDN has gradually matured academically and developed rapidly in industry,the researches based on SDN network load balancing are still in the primary stage.At present,many SDN load balancing algorithms are still based on traditional static or dynamic load balancing algorithms,which cannot maintain optimal network services when encountering complex network environments,resulting in a waste of network resources.In this paper,a new type of SDN network is studied.According to the analysis of load balancing algorithms of traditional networks,and use of the figure that SDN controller can collect the network load state and topology,a hybrid ant colony algorithm(PS-IACO)based on the improvement of ant colony algorithm is proposed,which is applied to SDN network load balancing to get a better network load balancing effect.The PS-IACO algorithm combines the sorting and weighting idea,the segmentation processing idea and the particle swarm algorithm,and improves the ant colony algorithm from four aspects: pheromone initialization strategy,pheromone update strategy,pheromone volatility coefficient and heuristic function design.It effectively avoids the loss of optimal solutions in the iterative process and optimizes the convergence speed and global search ability of the traditional ant colony algorithm.The drawback that the traditional load balancing algorithm cannot adjust the load according to the real-time link situation in the case of complex networks is solved.The network environment is improved and the network quality is improved.A load balancing system based on SDN network architecture is designed and completed in this paper.In the load balancing module of the system,the PS-IACO algorithm is used to achieve load balancing in the SDN network.Besides that,there are many improvements compared with the traditional load balancing algorithm,such as network throughput and bandwidth utilization,etc.Through some experimental simulations,then analyze,compare and summarize the experimental results of the algorithm from four perspectives of network throughput,average delay,packet loss rate,and bandwidth utilization.The experimental results show that under the same conditions,the load balancing system using the PS-IACO algorithm has lower network delay,lower packet loss rate,higher broadband occupancy and higher network throughput,which can improve the The low efficiency of traditional load balancing algorithm and traditional ant colony algorithm load balancing in complex network improves the stability and speed of network service to a certain extent.
