With the acceleration of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation represented by 5G and other new generation of information technology,China had shown a trend of rapid development,which led to the supression of the US side on the upstream enterprises of China's integrated circuit industry chain.The most upstream high-end industry of IC industry chain is electronic design automation,and the key link of electronic design automation is PCB design.Therefore,it is particularly important to increase the independent innovation and research input in the field of PCB design automation.But on the one hand,the foreign long-term accumulation of experience in the field of integrated circuit formed a profound technical barriers and trade barriers,on the other hand,the PCB design field in China started late and relied heavily on foreign software,leaving a big gap in independent research and innovation ability.Therefore,in view of the current international situation and its own limitations,how to seize the opportunity,meet the challenge in the field of PCB design automation,formulate scientific development strategy and planning and implement step by step,is the key to break the United States in the field of integrated circuit to China's "neck" attempt.As the most complex and critical step in PCB design,the automation degree of PCB routing was far from meeting the actual needs of the industry.Therefore,this paper introduced the analysis and processing method of space and space objects in GIS technology into the double-layer PCB routing problem according to the actual scenes and needs of PCB automatic routing.The space subdivision method as the main technical means,used all kinds of different scenarios space features and the regularity of routing to explore corresponding solutions,based on space subdivision results explore the path planning of network,to find the connectivity rate of up to 100% and satisfy the space constraints,network constraints,as well as structure process constraint PCB automatic routing scheme.The main contributions of this paper were as follows:(1)This paper studied the relevant basic algorithm of double-layer PCB automatic routing,transformed the PCB routing problem into a path planning problem in GIS,and processed it in groups by GIS technology,including Pin grouping based on spatial distance clustering method and topological relationship analysis based on geometric elements.Then comsidering with the characteristics of spatial structure and routing rules of double-layer PCB studied in this paper,the same regional reference line extraction scheme was designed according to different classification scenarios,and finally the space partition algorithm based on translation heuristic method and space buffer technology was found.Spatial partition algorithm was the key technology to solve PCB routing problem by GIS technology,which could reasonably divide space and specify specific area and reference for subsequent routing.(2)Based on the results of spatial partitioning,firstly,the relative position between each network and the reference line,and the number of layers where the networks located were obtained based on the routing network layer allocation algorithm,and the network constraints proposed in this paper.Then,based on the path planning algorithm of spatial partitioning,parallel lines were obtained by using single-side buffer technology.Finally,the routing position of each network was represented by a wide center line,Thus,the complete process of automatic PCB routing for complex spatial structure under multiple constraints was completed.(3)Based on the proposed spatial partitioning scheme and routing algorithm flow,the specific implementation of the design algorithm in this study is completed and experiments were carried out based on the actual PCB data provided by the enterprise.Firstly,three representative PCB data were selected and their spatial structure,network type,constraint conditions and other aspects were observed,summarized and analyzed.Then,the routing results of PCB were obtained according to the path planning algorithm flow based on GIS technology spatial division found in the above chapter.Finally,the proposed algorithm was compared and analyzed with the two advanced routing algorithms and the results of manual routing respectively from the perspective of quantitative indicators and visual perspective.
