With the rapid development of wireless communication network,the number of devices and mobile traffic increase rapidly.Under this background,5G communication system comes into being.5G Communications has become the focus of global industry research.Heterogeneous small-cell networks can achieve more intensive deployment,improve system coverage,throughput,and overall network performance,but can also lead to a dramatic increase in the number of low-power nodes.How to reduce data transmission to reduce environmental network congestion and energy consumption has become one of the key issues in the current 5G heterogeneous network.Edge caching technology can effectively reduce the repeated transmission of most content in the network downlink and reduce end-to-end delay,thus alleviating the network congestion problem in 5G heterogeneous network.Based on the above content,this paper mainly studies the caching strategy under the 5G heterogeneous network scenario to improve the caching efficiency.The main contents are summarized as follows:(1)In view of the data transmission pressure of 5G heterogeneous network backhaul links,a cache placement strategy based on collaborative filtering recommendation is proposed.Cache placement policy mainly depends on the preferences of users in the region.Firstly,considering the different rating criteria of different users,the transformation model of subjective and objective evaluation is introduced,and then the explicit feedback rating of users on content is predicted by collaborative filtering algorithm.Edge nodes can predict the content that users may need through the prediction of scores,and effectively carry out active caching according to user preferences to improve the accuracy of cache hits.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has good performance in recommendation accuracy.(2)For the 5G heterogeneous network scenario,a cache resource management strategy based on the Stackelberg game model is proposed.In this paper,the interaction process between base station equipment operator and user equipment is modeled as a Stackelberg game process.It is proved that Nash equilibrium exists in the pricing stage of edge node and the resource leasing strategy stage of user terminal respectively.The concept of edge cache resources combination in 5g heterogeneous network is proposed.The edge cache nodes are divided into independent cache nodes and cooperative cache nodes.The game problem is solved by using dynamic iteration algorithm.Simulation results show that this method can make user utility and cache resource converge to optimal allocation.To sum up,this paper studies the edge caching strategy in 5g heterogeneous network scenario.From two aspects of cache placement strategy and cache resource management strategy,it provides a feasible idea to improve the cache efficiency of edge nodes and reduce network congestion.
