Multi physics design optimization(MPO)decomposes the optimal design problem of multi physical field coupling into basic parameter optimization problems,integrates multiple physical field design processes for optimal design,and realizes optimal performance and stability at a lower cost.The performance of RF microwave integrated circuits is affected by multiple physical fields such as electromagnetic field,thermal field and stress field,and the performance optimization of different physical fields is often in a contradictory state.The traditional optimization methods are difficult to obtain the optimal design of multiple physical fields and are inefficient.To solve this problem,the Circuital-Electromagnetic-Thermal-Stress multi field collaborative optimization platform developed in this thesis fully considers the multi physical field coupling effect of RF and microwave circuits,uses MATLAB to carry out integrated optimization calculation of multi physical fields,and carries out secondary development according to the advantageous functions of existing commercial software.Through data interaction and task flow drive between various software,the purpose of multi physical field collaborative simulation and optimization is achieved.Compared with the traditional optimization method,the platform obviously improves the efficiency and reliability of RF and microwave integrated circuit optimization design.The main research work and contributions of thesis are as follows:1.According to the secondary development method of EDA \CAE software,the joint optimization of MATLAB and HFSS,ADS,ANSYS and other simulation software is realized,which improves the optimization efficiency of each simulation software and enriches its optimization methods.2.Using the joint optimization method of MATLAB and EDA,a CircuitalElectromagnetic-Thermal-Stress multi field collaborative optimization platform based on MDF collaborative optimization strategy is built,which improves the efficiency and reliability of multi field collaborative optimization.3.An Electromagnetic-Thermal-Force multi field collaborative optimization platform including a variety of multi-objective swarm intelligent optimization algorithm libraries is built.The platform has a simple and easy-to-use platform GUI.After adding simulation engineering path,selecting optimization strategy and optimization algorithm,automatic simulation iterative optimization can be carried out.4.Apply the multi field quantity collaborative optimization platform to 31 dbm rectifier circuit and 1W Ga N RF amplifier chip respectively,provide multi physical field quantity collaborative optimization technology for product design in RF and microwave fields,and improve the reliability of optimization.The Electromagnetic-Thermal-Force multi field collaborative optimization platform studied and designed in this thesis has high reliability,which can provide a reliable basis for the simulation and optimization design of RF and microwave circuits,greatly reduce the time and cost of optimization design,and provide an effective method for the design and optimization of complex products with multi physical field performance.
