As a key component of phased array radar,phase shifter has a series of requirements for miniaturization,high power capacity and fast phase adjustment,and with the development of beamforming technology,it also puts forward new requirements for controllable non-reciprocity of transceiver and full-duplex operation at the same frequency.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis proposes to use substrate integrated waveguide technology to realize miniaturization and high power capacity of phase shifter.The ferroelectric material is used as the transmission medium of the phase shifter to make the phase adjustment speed of the phase shifter reach nanosecond.The phase shifter is composed of ferrite ring and phase-shifting microwave to realize the controllable non-reciprocity of transceiver and full-duplex operation at the same frequency at the same time.Based on the above problems and solutions,this thesis designs an X-band SIW transmission line,and based on this,designs a SIW transmission line which can load DC bias electric field,and further designs the X-band SIW BST phase shift section.Based on SIW transmission line,an X-band SIW ferrite circulator is designed.Then,in order to combine the phase-shifting section and the circulator with microwave,the phase-shifting section and the circulator are matched and designed respectively,and the matching microstrip of the circulator is treated with corner and DC slotting,and finally the overall simulation is carried out.and the design results are used for later physical processing.
