At present,energy shortage and other problems are gradually coming into view,and the issue of safe exploitation in the energy field is getting wider attention.The existing monitoring means to ensure the safe production of energy is to convert the analog signals collected by sensors into digital signals and do further processing,so it is especially important to study how to collect and process these sensor signals;due to the large monitoring area of energy projects,it is more efficient and cost effective to use small distributed collection stations,but if the collection stations are not consistent in time,then it is impossible to analyze these data effectively,so the research of time synchronization of collection stations is also extremely urgent.In this paper,based on the comparison and analysis of existing time synchronization technologies,PTP(Precision Time Protocal)is selected as the time synchronization solution for signal synchronization acquisition equipment.The advantages of high synchronization accuracy compared with NTP(Network Time Protocol)technology,which has been widely researched in the academic and industrial fields.In this paper,the signal synchronization and acquisition technology based on PTP protocol is studied on the basis of PTP time synchronization,Kalman clock taming and signal acquisition,and an embedded software and hardware equipment is designed.The equipment is divided into two parts: the host and the slave,the PTP host is located in the GPS(Global Positioning System)signal good area,using GPS timing and Kalman filtering to realize the alignment of local time and UTC(Coordinated Universal Time)time,then the PTP host sends PTP telegrams to the slave via Ethernet for timing,and after the slave is synchronized with the host time,it starts the signal acquisition process and writes the acquired data to the memory card for storage.The main work and innovations are as follows:Study the PTP time synchronization filtering algorithm and perform MATLAB simulation and practical test on exponential smoothing and PI control filtering,the experimental results show that the simultaneous use of exponential smoothing and PI control filtering can both improve the time synchronization accuracy and reduce the steady-state establishment time,but further research found that the time synchronization would be divergent under some parameters,so the scheme of replacing exponential smoothing with an attenuator was proposed and achieved good results.Based on the analysis of the disadvantages of traditional time synchronization technology,the masterslave time synchronization technology based on PTP protocol is proposed and the software implementation process is given.Study the principle of scalar Kalman filter,and on this basis,propose to apply Kalman filter to PTP host clock taming,and give the software implementation of GPS timing and Kalman filter.Analyze the hardware circuit design of each module of the signal synchronization acquisition equipment in detail,and give the software driving process of related modules.Finally,the data collected by the PTP master and slave(the sampling rate is 4000SPS)are analyzed,and the experimental results show that the time synchronization accuracy of the PTP master and slave can be controlled within 100 ns.
