High-speed platforms,as highly maneuverable aircrafts,have extremely high military application value.Placing the dual-base radar platform on a high-speed platform can greatly improve the penetration capability of the radar and improve our battlefield perception capability.However,due to the characteristics of the high-speed platform bistatic radar,its radar clutter has a great change compared with the conventional airborne radar.Therefore,it is urgent to study the clutter suppression algorithm suitable for highspeed platform bistatic radar.Based on the traditional space-time processing algorithm combined with the difference of clutter between traditional airborne radar and high-speed platform bistatic radar,this thesis studies the clutter suppression algorithm of high-speed platform bistatic radar.The main work is as follows:1.Completed the establishment of ground clutter model of high-speed platform bistatic radar.Firstly,the simulated scene is introduced,and then the characteristics of clutter are analyzed on the basis of the scene,especially the Doppler and range ambiguity characteristics of high-speed platform bistatic radar different from ordinary platforms are analyzed for common radar waveforms..Then,the clutter is modeled on the analysis results,and multiple groups of clutter models under different waveform conditions in different scenarios are obtained.2.The estimation method of ground clutter covariance matrix rank of high-speed platform bistatic radar is studied.Firstly,the method for estimating the rank of the clutter covariance matrix by Brennan criterion is introduced.Then,combined with the actual scene of the high-speed platform bistatic radar platform,the composition of the rank of the ground clutter covariance matrix of the high-speed platform bistatic radar is analyzed.A method for estimating the rank of the ground clutter covariance matrix of the highspeed platform bistatic radar is obtained.3.The clutter suppression algorithm suitable for high-speed platform bistatic radar ground clutter is studied.Firstly,the problems existing in the traditional space-time algorithm in the high-speed platform bistatic radar scenario are analyzed,and then the3D-STAP and 3D-PAMF algorithms are studied,and the effectiveness of the two algorithms is verified by simulation.Aiming at the problem of increased computational complexity caused by the use of three-dimensional space-time processing,combined with the low-rank characteristics of the clutter covariance matrix,the Krylov subspace method is introduced,and the conjugate gradient method is used to analyze the 3D-STAP and 3DPAMF algorithms.Improvements were made to obtain the CG-3D-STAP algorithm and the CG-3D-PAMF algorithm.The amount of computation has been reduced without compromising performance.
