With the rapid development of wireless sensor network technology and mobile Internet,the development of indoor positioning technology has been driven,and location-based services have brought us great convenience in terms of location information.As one of the scientific research directions,wireless sensor network has attracted more and more attention,and indoor positioning technology has entered all aspects of human life.However,the indoor positioning technology is affected by factors such as the indoor environment during the signal propagation process,resulting in low positioning accuracy,which cannot meet people's needs for high-precision,low-power positioning technology.Therefore,this dissertation will optimize and explore the deployment method of beacon nodes and indoor positioning algorithms to improve the accuracy of indoor positioning technology.ZigBee technology has the advantages of low power consumption and low cost in indoor positioning,and has attracted the attention and use of many researchers.In order to improve the accuracy of Received Signal Strength Indication(RSSI)of ZigBee positioning technology in the acquisition process and optimize the deployment mode of sensor nodes,a positioning layout model of rotating arc triangle nodes in wireless sensor networks is proposed.The node positioning layout model adapts to the needs of different scenarios within the optimal communication range of the RSSI signal,and achieves multiple positioning by rotating the beacon nodes at different angles,which can effectively improve the positioning effect.Using a rotating arc triangle layout,the entire space where the beacon nodes are arranged is within the optimal communication distance,and each unknown node and its three nearest beacon nodes do not exceed the optimal communication distance,reducing the error of collecting RSSI signal values.so as to improve the positioning accuracy,optimize the nodes and reduce the collection workload,and finally improve the positioning performance.The positioning experiments in actual scenes show that the positioning layout of rotating arc triangle nodes can improve the positioning accuracy,reduce the measurement error of RSSI value,and improve the indoor positioning performance.In order to improve the accuracy of the positioning algorithm for position recognition,this dissertation proposes the SAGA-BP indoor positioning algorithm.The basic principle of the algorithm is that the simulated annealing algorithm(SA)mechanism is added to the genetic algorithm(GA)to optimize the initial weights and initial thresholds of the BP neural network algorithm and improve the positioning accuracy.The SAGA-BP indoor localization algorithm is mainly divided into two steps: offline stage and online stage.Offline stage:deploy beacon nodes and a number of reference nodes separated by a certain distance according to the rotating arc triangle layout,and establish an offline fingerprint database by collecting the received signal strength indication through the host computer.Online stage:Kalman filter is used to filter the collected received signal strength indication,and then the RSSI value of the reference node in the database is trained by the SAGA-BP positioning algorithm,and the initial weight W and threshold b of the neural network are updated after training,The SAGA-BP indoor positioning training model is established with the globally optimal weight W and threshold b.The positioning experiments in actual scenes show that the SAGA-BP positioning algorithm proposed in this dissertation greatly improves the positioning accuracy of indoor positioning.In general,the rotating arc triangle node layout model and SAGA-BP indoor positioning algorithm proposed in this dissertation have a good effect on improving the positioning accuracy,the positioning ability is enhanced,and the positioning error is reduced,which has a certain reference for indoor positioning technology.
