Research On Intrusion Detection Technology Integrating WiFi And Images

With the rapid popularization of Internet of Things applications,Wi Fi signals are everywhere.It can not only transmit data,but also sense changes in the surrounding environment.Current research is mainly aimed at the channel state information of the Wi Fi physical layer(Channel State Information,CSI),which has time stability,is particularly sensitive to the environment,and has strong anti-interference ability.Based on this,it can detect intrusions based on changes in the wireless channel.Video surveillance technology is becoming more and more mature,but it has the problems of data storage and energy consumption.This article integrates the two to make up for the deficiencies of the surveillance system while improving the performance of the security surveillance system.The main work content is as follows:(1)Intrusion detection combining CSI amplitude and video image.Explains the overall framework of the intrusion detection system,and then analyzes the CSI amplitude waveform.Intrusion behavior can cause violent fluctuations in the CSI amplitude signal,and then preprocess the collected data,including removing outliers and wavelet transform based Low-pass filtering,the design of intrusion detection algorithm based on CSI amplitude in advance,to detect intruders.In order to supplement the detection method based on CSI amplitude,an intrusion detection algorithm based on video image is proposed.First,the video image is preprocessed by grayscale and noise reduction,and then the moving target is extracted by the three-frame difference method,and whether there is an intrusion The occurrence of the behavior determines whether to close the surveillance camera or continue monitoring.Finally,verify and analyze the performance of the system through experiments.(2)Intrusion detection combining CSI phase difference and video image.First,analyze the waveform of the CSI phase difference.Compared with the amplitude,the phase difference information is more stable.Then explain how to obtain the effective phase difference,preprocess the data,and then perform the CSI-based phase difference intrusion advance detection algorithm The design of the video image detection method in(1)is improved.First,the histogram equalization is added in the preprocessing stage.Then the three-frame difference method and the Canny edge operator are combined to detect intruders.Finally,the performance of the system is verified and analyzed through experiments.
