Topic Mining,Evolution And Emerging Topic Identification Of The Belt And Road Initiative’s Think Tank Reports

As an important part of the country’s "soft power" and "voice",think tanks have a profound impact on government decision-making,enterprise development,public opinion and public knowledge dissemination.By The Belt and Road cooperation initiative,China has developed from a few fields to the multi field and multi direction cooperation.Studying the views of think tanks on “the Belt and Road”Initiative and summarizing the key issues studied by think tanks are gradually becoming an important way to study the development and change of international relations and cooperation.Therefore,the future level of cooperation will be provided with reasonable suggestions and ideas.In this paper,the ten largest foreign and on board Chinese think tanks of 2020 global think tank report is research object.The topic information mining technology,theme evolution and emerging topic recognition technology are applied to the research and analysis of thematic fields.The main research content is divided into three parts:（1）The LDA2vec theme model is used to extract and classify the research literatures of the Chinese and foreign think tanks.Summarizing the research status of key research directions and common concerns in the research field.（2）Combining LDA2vec model and word2vec word representation method,the topic results extracted by LDA2vec are vectorized and semantic similarity is calculated,the potential semantic relationship between topics is explored,and the topic evolution is analyzed in a deeper level in combination with the time dimension.（3）Analyze the relationship between topics through social network analysis,the belt and road initiative research area of Chinese and foreign think tanks has been made,digging deeply into the emerging themes in the collection of think tank research literature...
