Research On Big Data Transaction System With Protection Of Data Privacy

In the era of big data,data has become a fundamental and key strategic resource com-parable to oil and is subverting the development model of global society.Data circulation is a key link to release the value of data,and the establishment of a data transaction system is an important measure to promote data circulation.The data transaction system helps the seller's data flow into the buyer,increases the liquidity of the data,and helps release the value of the data.With the issuance of the ”Data Security Law” and other related docu-ments,the society's demand for data security and data privacy is getting higher and higher,and new requirements such as protecting data privacy are put forward on traditional data transaction systems.The current data transaction system has three problems: 1.Secondary reselling prob-lem: dishonest buyers resell the seller's source data after obtaining the seller's source data;dishonest platforms store and resell the seller's data for a second time.2.Data customiza-tion problem: The buyer only needs part of the data of the seller's source data set or only some features of the entire data set,while the seller cannot customize the sales data set.3.Some big data transaction schemes that can protect data privacy rely on trusted hardware and a third party performs calculations.In order to solve these three types of problems in the data transaction system,this paper proposes a zero-knowledge proof-based big data transaction system,which realizes data security transactions and customized services.Our main work is as follows:· We transforms the model of direct buying and selling of data into a model of buying and selling data analysis results.We propose ”who owns data,who calculates” to enable the buyer to provide the data analysis program,and the seller to perform the data analysis program and provide the results,thereby providing customized services; and because the transaction is the analysis result of the source data,it protects The privacy of the seller's source data prevents the secondary resale of the source data.· This paper introduced zero-knowledge proof technology into the big data transac-tion system for the first time.In the case of ensuring the privacy of the seller's source data,it is guaranteed that the malicious results output by the malicious seller can- not pass the verification,and only the correct results output by the honest seller can pass the verification.This ensures that the data seller honestly executes the buyer's analysis program and outputs the correct results,and also protects the privacy of the seller's source data.· While solving the problem of data buyer reselling data seller source data and data trading platform reselling data seller source data,it also guarantees”????????”.
