TV dramas have gone through more than half a century of development in my country.As the "first narrative art" in contemporary China,TV dramas inevitably involve the shaping and presentation of gender images in the dialogue with people as the main body,and also affect the self-identity of the audience.construction and identification.In the academic world,most of the existing research focuses on the female image in the media discourse,and male,as another main image constructed in the drama,is not missing.At present,in the reconstruction of the subject of the audience,men once became the main object to be stared at,and changes in the context of the times are also injecting new cultural factors into the image of men.Men not only exist as a gender symbol,but are also living individuals under this designation.In different scenes and interactions,he plays different roles,and these roles are also placing new requirements and expectations on him.The awakening and liberation of gender consciousness is not only about women,but also about men.Therefore,taking the male image as the research object,and restoring him to a specific role for analysis,in order to see the relationship and changes between the sexes,has certain theoretical and practical significance.Since television was only popularized in the late 1980s,TV dramas became a cultural product that the general public could enjoy.At the same time,TV dramas entered a period of rapid development after the 1990s.Therefore,the author took the early 1990s as the starting point,combined the audience ratings and the terminal broadcast volume after the rise of the network as the key indicators,and selected the TV dramas with the highest annual ratings as the analysis samples.Research the male images portrayed in TV dramas and their role evolution in different scenes,and analyze the deep motivation behind the image evolution based on them.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.The author expounds the origin of the research topic,summarizes the current situation and deficiencies of domestic research topics,and explains the research ideas and research methods used;The second part analyzes the specific research topics and paradigms in the field of media Abstract????????????and gender research,in order to find and establish its own research framework in the previous research;the third part focuses on the research perspective of fathers in family scenes Image,specifically analyzes the evolution of the father's role in TV dramas with different themes;the fourth part analyzes the changes in the male image in the presentation of the relationship between the sexes;the fifth part specifically analyzes the imagination and presentation of male friendship in TV dramas;The three chapters are organized to analyze the reasons for the changes in male images in TV dramas.The study found that the traditional image of strict fathers in family scenes is still continuing,but generally tends to be diluted,and the focus of the narrative gradually shifts to the offspring,who are either hidden to become symbolic existences,or displayed in a lighthearted and humorous way.Their hard-hearted hearts,under the face of ineffable words,may be softened into a gentle and loving image.The presentation of the father's image is more lifelike,and the imagination of the father's image is more three-dimensional and rich.In the relationship between the sexes,the dominant male image from the perspective of family ethics is eliminated,and the group portrait of good men in line with the context of the new era is constructed in the play,while the popular youth idol drama still continues the traditional overbearing president-style romance.Love fantasy,and the emergence of a large number of female subject themes in urban dramas has changed the traditional model of strong men and weak women.Under the elitist appearance,men's characters are more gentle and considerate.In the presentation of male friendship,it is no longer only portrayed as the "friendship of life and death" in the pride of comrades-in-arms.The place where it occurs is more ordinary and ordinary,and the brushstrokes depicted are more delicate,and the men under this are also richer.personality texture.After this change,it is the result of the interweaving of society and culture,economy and media,political discourse and market discourse,and the subject of the audience.
