The financial technology of Bank Z has skyrocketed in recent years,thus offering professional financial services from all respects to different sectors of the society.Bank Z provided reliable and basic information technology services for the stable operation of more than 400 systems through four self-built clouds: Converged Cloud,HyperConverged Cloud,New Core Cloud and Container Cloud.However,in the face of multiple cloud services,the project team lacks data support and scientific advice.In derail,it only makes cloud service decisions based on subjective factors such as work experience and customer experience.Therefore,it will lead to cloud services,and satisfaction with this service orders may decrease.Therefore,Bank Z is necessary to evaluate and select cloud services on the basis of requirements.As one of the financial technologies,the Cloud Services should be combined with practical application to achieve self-realization.This article conducts evaluation of Bank Z's Cloud Services System from the perspective of practical requirements,and tries to help team members of the project to choose specific Cloud Services through comprehensive standards to achieve the purpose of deploying the application system scientifically and reasonably.In order to distinguish the difference in cloud service requirements of different applications,the current application types of Bank Z are classified into four categories: channel service,business processing,office management,and technical support.Firstly,the article selects important and vital Cloud Service evaluation terms from the national scope and relevant financial industry standards,and combine the principle of quantification of Z Bank data to complete the establishment of cloud service evaluation indicators.Secondly,consult experts about Cloud Service indicators and their varied importance,and use this as an application requirement,then calculates subjective weights through the analytic hierarchy process.After that,I will collect service operation data from each system of Bank Z again,calculate objective weights by entropy weight method,calculate and modify subjective and objective weight to obtain combined weights.Finally,the Cloud Service evaluation is carried out by the superior-inferior solution distance method,and the results are ranked according to the ideal degree,and the solution is selected based on the Cloud Service of the application demand.This research result will be verified by 32 sets of application systems about business processing class,and its effectiveness will be proved through the improvement of Cloud Service work order satisfaction and Cloud Service maintainability.The research methods and conclusions of the research will be useful in providing scientific and reasonable Cloud Service selection for application systems when applying for Cloud Service resources,so as to solve the problem of unreasonable selection of Cloud Services by application systems in the past and improve the robustness of financial information systems.In addition,the Cloud Service evaluation plan can also reflect the ability of the data center to detect deviations between cloud service operations and actual goals in a timely manner.simultaneously,the results can promote the progress of the industry and provide a reference for learning and communication between related sectors.
