The Design And Implementation Of Portrait System For Regional Science And Technology Enterprises

Organizing enterprises to participate in industry university research cooperation and science and technology policy declaration is an important assessment index for science and technology departments.However,due to the lack of understanding of regional medical technology-based enterprises,the work is hindered.At present,the portrait information and functions provided by the enterprise portrait platform on the market can not fully meet the work needs of science and technology departments.This paper designs and implements the portrait system of regional scientific and technological enterprises,which aims to help the staff of scientific and technological departments understand the information of regional scientific and technological enterprises.On the basis of business data and patent data,the portrait model of science and technology enterprises is constructed;Using the method of text classification to obtain the corresponding technology domain label of the enterprise;Finally,the Web system is developed based on the flash framework,and the visualization method is used to display the distribution of regional industries and technology fields and enterprise information.The main work of this paper is as follows(1)Build the portrait model of science and technology enterprises.Based on the data of industry and commerce,patent and so on,this paper analyzes the characteristics of science and technology enterprises,and puts forward a model for describing science and technology enterprises combined with the daily work needs of science and technology departments.The label is divided into technology label and non technology label.The non technology label includes the business information and intellectual property information of the enterprise,which is used to show the basic situation of the enterprise;Science and technology label includes technology field label,policy declaration label,financial information,science and technology project information and R&D personnel information,which is used to select enterprises to participate in industry university research cooperation and science and technology policy declaration.(2)Implementation of patent technology field classifier.In order to mine the label of high-tech field of enterprises,it is necessary to classify the patents of enterprises.Firstly,the technical field of patents is annotated,then the feature extraction of patent abstract text is carried out by using BERT,and the Borderline-SMOTE method is introduced to solve the problem of imbalanced categories.Finally,XGBoost is used to train the patent classifier to complete the classification of patent technical field.(3)This thesis designs and implements a portrait system of regional science and technology enterprises.In this thesis,the system is divided into data acquisition and preprocessing module,enterprise portrait Application module,background management module.Finally,the system is tested by function and non function to ensure the usability of the system.
