With the rapid growth of the number of cloud data centers,it is urgent to develop effective energy efficiency evaluation methods.Because it is an important technology to improve the energy efficiency of cloud data centers.Energy efficiency evaluation is a new research problem in the field of cloud computing.Current research mainly considers the relevant energy efficiency indicators of cloud data centers.Through using related technologies to weigh the interrelationship of energy consumption,system performance and quality of service(Qo S)requirements in the cloud data centers.However,cloud data centers lack a combination of subjective and objective,qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods to more accurate evaluate the energy efficiency.In view of this,our paper makes the following research on the energy efficiency evaluation method of cloud data center.Firstly,our paper introduces the basic theoretical knowledge related to energy efficiency evaluation.The energy efficiency evaluation is summarized,and the factors affecting the energy efficiency of the data center are analyzed.According to the current research status of energy efficiency evaluation,three commonly used energy efficiency evaluation methods are summarized,and the basic ideas and application scenarios of each method are explained.Secondly,an energy efficiency evaluation method based on AHP-TOPSIS is proposed.We use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to comprehensively consider the main factors affecting energy efficiency evaluation in cloud data centers,which can solve the problem of how to determine the weight of energy efficiency indicators when making multi-factor decisions.We use the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)to forward,standardize and normalize the initial weight matrix.It combines the weight value obtained by AHP to calculate the closeness of the energy efficiency index evaluation object.The calculation result can evaluate the best energy efficiency index scheme.Through the analysis of examples,AHP and TOPSIS complement each other,which is an effective energy efficiency evaluation method.Finally,an energy efficiency evaluation method based on Qo S parameter specifications is proposed.By reducing the influencing factors related to Qo S to the same dimension range,we build a belief rule base(BRB)evaluation model.The initial weight of the premise attributes in the BRB model is determined by the best worst method in the multi criteria decision making method(BWM).The BRB model parameters are optimized by the mean square error,and the activation weight of the rule is solved.Based on the evidence reasoning algorithm,all activated rules are integrated to obtain the confidence of each reference value in the evaluation result attribute,which is used to obtain the final Qo S evaluation value.Based on energy consumption data and Qo S evaluation values,the energy efficiency evaluation model for Qo S values per unit energy consumption is established.By the quantitative data conversion technology,the quantitative input data is converted into the form of belief degree,and we realize the quantitative and qualitative assessment of energy efficiency.
