Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development and an important part of my country's industry.The primary industry will account for about7.7% of GDP in 2020.Researchers have always attached great importance to research on agricultural production efficiency and accumulated a large amount of research on agricultural production efficiency.Related papers,using text mining methods as a corpus,can deeply analyze my country's agricultural production efficiency since the reform and opening up,provide reference for understanding agricultural production efficiency,and provide reference for future related research.This paper selects high-quality papers related to agricultural production efficiency published in the core journals of CNKI from 1980 to 2020 as a corpus,and uses word frequency analysis,cluster analysis and co-occurrence analysis in text mining to reveal the effectiveness of agricultural production efficiency in my country.The main findings and conclusions of the stage characteristics and evolution laws are as follows.First of all,through the analysis of high-frequency words,it is found that in the process of agricultural production,resource endowment determines element input,and the location conditions of resource endowment determine that we must develop agriculture according to local conditions.Second,the cluster analysis shows that the development process of my country's agricultural production efficiency is closely related to factors such as land,labor,and capital,and the stage characteristics are obvious.With reference to the implementation time of my country's agricultural policy and the results of cluster analysis,agricultural production efficiency can be divided into five categories,namely five major stages,and combined with the data of the National Bureau of Statistics,the time of each stage is determined.Agricultural production efficiency can be divided into five stages: labor-led single-factor productivity stage(1980-1990),capital-led single-factor productivity stage(1991-2000),mechanization-led total factor productivity stage(2001-2010),the total factor productivity stage led by scale(2011-2015)and the total factor productivity stage led by intelligence(2016-2020).Then,based on the agricultural production efficiency corpus,the co-occurrence matrix is calculated and the co-occurrence network is constructed,and the co-occurrence network is analyzed,and the individual network is segmented from the causes,problems and measures to further analyze the problems in each stage,the causes of the problems and the solutions.In addition,the use of correspondence analysis and comparative analysis to test the robustness of the research in this paper shows that the stage division of agricultural production efficiency is scientific and reasonable,and the characteristics of agricultural production efficiency are true and reliable.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: to ensure the area of arable land for agriculture in our country;protect water resources and improve irrigation technology;ensure the supply of young rural labor;improve the level of application of science and technology,and improve rural social services.
