The evolution of cloud computing has facilitated the emergence of many cloud-based applications.Due to the large capacity,flexibility,availability,and computing servitization of the cloud,it can reduce the cost of providing services locally while providing high quality services.Therefore,more and more Io T applications are using the cloud as a platform to provide data integration and query services.In particular,range query,which is frequently implemented to provide things monitoring,it brings great convenience for people's production and life.In fact,the smart devices that have joined in Io T applications,serve as separate data sources,uploading the collected data to cloud directly,meanwhile,the cloud is responsible for integrating these data from multiple sources and responding to queries from users.However,the cloud server may perform some illegal operations.In the cloud computing environment,integration and query of multi-source data face many security challenges,including data privacy leakage,data integrity and even the soundness of query results can not be guaranteed.To solve these problems,in this article,we propose two schemes under two assumptions of cloud security models.First,under the assumption of an honest and curious clo ud security model,to protect integrated data privacy and achieve the range query of multi-source data,this paper propose a multi-source data privacy protection range query(MSP2Q)scheme.Specifically,we design an encrypted index construction method for multi-source data,using the idea of prefix member verification.It allows each data source to calculate the encrypted index independently,and the cloud uses these encrypted indexes to achieve range query of multi-source data,which can protect data priv acy and query privacy,and the experiment proves that our solution has high query efficiency.Secondly,under the assumption of the malicious cloud security model,to ensure the integrity of the integrated data and the soundness of the query results.On th e basis of the MSP2 Q scheme,this article further proposes the MSVQ scheme to achieve verifiable functions.Specifically,based on secret sharing and the encrypted index,we propose an aggregatable signature calculation method and a verifiable protocol.By reducing the operation of batch verification of signatures,it can reduce the cost of integrity verification effectively,and further check the soundness of the results without decryption,realizing secure integration and query of multi-source data.
