With its high-quality sound effect,headset has become an indispensable accessory product in entertainment,video and other fields.There are about 120 million people with hearing impairment in China,and 15%-20%of teenagers have hearing impairment.This phenomenon is largely related to the long-term use of headphones.Wearing uncomfortable headphones for a long time will lead to ear injury.The survey shows that 45%of headphone users think that the comfort of headphones is the primary factor in buying headphones.Headphone manufacturers all over the world have put headphone comfort as a new experience selling point in an extremely important position.In addition to the functional structure and weight of the earphone,the material of the earphone pad is also one of the important factors for the wearing comfort of the earphone.At present,the comfort of ear pad material only depends on subjective evaluation,lacking a quantitative evaluation method as an effective reference.In the field of clothing,the research on the evaluation of material comfort based on gray correlation analysis method has been relatively perfect,which can be applied to the evaluation of ear pad material comfort.But there are two key problems.First,we should select the index of ear pad material;Secondly,the comfort weight of each index should be determined.In this thesis,starting from the problem that the comfort of ear pad material is difficult to be quantified,the comfort evaluation system of ear pad material is established based on grey correlation analysis.This thesis assumes an ideal ear pad material,which has the highest comfort index.Through the gray correlation analysis method,the degree of correlation between the ear pad material and the ideal material can be analyzed to evaluate the comfort of the ear pad.The higher the degree of correlation,the closer the ear pad material is to the ideal ear pad material,indicating the higher the comfort.In this thesis,the comfort index of ear pad material is sorted out through literature research,and the comparison sequence and reference sequence of gray correlation analysis method are determined,and the correlation degree between them is calculated.Secondly,this thesis determines the weight of each index of ear pad material comfort.In the evaluation system,the establishment of index weight is the key to build the evaluation system.Then the comfort evaluation method of the ear pad material is verified.Finally,this thesis applies the ear pad material comfort index evaluation model to the earphone R?D guidance,and puts forward the ear pad material comfort index evaluation system scheme based on gray correlation analysis method,which helps to enhance the understanding of earphone developers on the comfort score of different materials.In this thesis,based on the grey relational analysis method,the comfort evaluation system of earphone ear pad materials is constructed.When the earphone developers select the ear pad materials,they input the index data of each material into the system to get the comfort score of each material,which provides a direction for the development of new ear pad materials.This thesis determines the comfort index of ear pad material and the weight of each index,which is also helpful for developers to determine the priority of the index and directly use it in the development of ear pad material.
