Research On Requirements Analysis Capability Evaluation Method Based On Text Similarity

Requirement analysis ability is one of the core abilities of software engineering talents.However,the current software engineering education in Colleges and universities has not systematically carried out the cultivation of requirement analysis ability.Due to the fact that the actual project environment is difficult to provide and the experimental cost is high,it is difficult to cultivate the ability of needs analysis under the traditional teaching mode.In view of the above problems,the specific work of this paper mainly includes the following two aspects:(1)In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to evaluate requirement analysis documents quantitatively,a quality evaluation method of requirement documents based on text similarity is proposed.The operation of this method mainly includes several steps: firstly,the preprocessed document is extracted by TF-IDF algorithm,then the trained word2 vec is used to vectorize the extracted keywords,and finally the cosine similarity matching is performed on the word vector extracted f rom the user document and the reference answer.The experimental results show that this method can effectively evaluate the quality of requirement analysis documents.(2)Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to evaluate the quantitative capability of requirement analysis,this paper proposes a comprehensive evaluation method from two dimensions of process and result.According to the requirement analysis capability evaluation process proposed in this paper,a requirement analysis virtual simulation experiment system is designed and implemented,and its process is evaluated.The process evaluation is to evaluate the capability reflected in the process of requirement analysis.This method mainly collects the dialog box data indicators in Unity3 d simulation experiment;Results evaluation is to evaluate the quality of requirement analysis documents by using the method of text similarity calculation.This method mainly collects the content of requirement analysis documents written in the experiment;For a specific experiment,the requirement analysis ability is evaluated by integrating process and result evaluation,and a requirement analysis ability evaluation report of the current experiment is generated.Finally,the experimental results show that this set of requirements analysis ability evaluation method based on text similarity can effectively evaluate the requirements analysis ability.
