With the continuous advancement of industrial transformation,China's human resource market has gotten many new opportunities,and the market is in a situation of massive amounts for both supply and demand.At the same time,the problem of low matching degree between job seekers and jobs in campus graduate recruiting is becoming more and more prominent.From the perspective of three main participants: job seekers,enterprises and universities,the ultimate cause of the problem is the lack of action decision support information in the human resource market.Most of the first mock exam results of human resource market are carried out along the "issue-reason-countermeasures" mode.There has a more comprehensive study of the status of China's human resources market at the macro level,but it has not yet reached the theoretical or methodological level.The strategic recommendations put forward by a few studies have limited reference meaning for individuals' action.On the other hand,as a new Internet product,the employer online word-of-mouth is gradually enriched with the rapid development of social networks.The existing research on the application of word-of-mouth mining focuses on the word-of-mouth of product or service which is spread among consumers.The intelligence value of employer WOM information in the field of human resources has not been explored.Therefore,the information mining of employer's online word-of-mouth may become one of the ways to solve the information demand of human resource market.In view of the current situation of human resource market and related researches' results,this paper explores the intelligence value and application of employer network word-of-mouth.Firstly,it analyzes the human resource market by using the system theory,establishes the human resource market system,clarifies the system elements and the relationship between job seekers subsystem,enterprises subsystem and university subsystem,and discusses the information exchange between human resource market system and environment.Further combining with the form and content characteristics of employer online word-of-mouth,this paper expounds the intelligence value of employer online word-of-mouth to job seekers,enterprises and universities.Then,from the perspective of application,this paper puts forward an intelligence mining process model of employer online word-of-mouth,which includes five steps: word-of-mouth collection,processing,classification,mining and application.Based on the data of job seekers' opportunity selection posts,employee comments and industry stakeholders posts,this paper conducts an empirical study with the data of employer word-of-mouth in the Internet industry as an example.Through the mining model,it obtains the intelligence of job seekers' interview results,interview feelings,interview questions,enterprise recruitment environment,employment opportunity selection considerations,enterprise attention,industry stakeholders attitude and so on.Based on the mining results,the paper puts forward some action suggestions to job seekers,enterprises and universities in the human resource market.The empirical results show that this paper is an effective attempt on the application value of employer online word-of-mouth,and also provides a new practical perspective for the efficient operation of China's human resource market.
