The Design And Implementation Of Comment Subsystem Of The Cloud Mall E-commerce Platform

With the increasing of people’s consumption level,various factors promote the development of e-commerce.E-commerce is becoming more and more popular,and it has become an important part of daily life.Nowadays,e-commerce has been relatively mature,but the traditional third-party general e-commerce platform cannot provide customized services for merchants.The Cloud Mall E-commerce Platform solves such problems by providing customized We Chat Mini Program.This thesis is based on the design and implementation of the comment subsystem of the Cloud Mall E-commerce Platform.Firstly,it introduces the industry background and project background,and describes the significance of the project.Secondly,it introduces the key technologies in the system,including Redis,Elasticsearch,Canal,Object Storage and Microservice.Then,it analyzes the requirements of the system.It divides the system roles into the ordinary user,the merchant,the platform operations manager and the platform auditor.And it divides the system into user comment module,commodity comment module,business comment module,comment configuration module and comment audit module.The user comment module mainly includes functions such as post comments,comment center and automatic comment.The commodity comment module mainly includes functions such as overview of comments and details of comments.The business comment module mainly includes functions such as search comments,manage comments and set sensitive words in comments.The comment configuration module mainly includes functions such as publish,manage and apply comment configuration.The comment audit module mainly includes functions such as audit process control,manual audit and audit final check.This thesis describes the design of system architecture,core module,data flow and database.Then it describes the detailed realization of the core modules,and gives the screenshot of the system.Finally,the thesis describes the functional test and performance test of the system.This system provides comments creating,viewing and managing functions for ordinary user and merchant.And it uses a configuration system to provide customized services.Furthermore,it guarantees the quality of comments through audit.This system has been launched.It provides considerations for consumers’ decision-making,and it’s an important part of the Cloud Mall E-commerce Platform.
