Compared with traditional control systems,multi-agent systems have the advantages of fast calculation speed and low operating costs,wider application.Therefore,it has gradually become the research object of the majority of scientific research scholars.In many research on multi-agent,leader-following consensus of multi-agent systems research is currently a topical research direction.Leader-following consensus means that the follower uses information from neighbor agents to interact with each other,at the same time,it also exchanges information with leader,and eventually the states of all followers and the leader tend to be consensus.Due to the uncertainty in the actual application process,the system will inevitably be affected by external disturbances and cyber attacks.Among them,external disturbances often exist in the external environment,and cyber attacks often act on the communication network of the agent.Both of these will cause the system to not work properly,therefore,it is important to study the leaderfollowing consensus of multi-agent systems in complex communication environments.This paper provides corresponding solutions to the above limitations:Firstly,it is studied that leader-following consensus problem of the multiagent systems with external disturbances under the switching topology.Use observers and networked predictive control methods to predict the state of agents and disturbances systems,actively compensate for communication delays and data packet losses,and design distributed control protocols.Realize the leaderfollowing state consensus under the switching topology with external disturbances,ensure that the system is gradual and stable when switching signals.At the same time,based on the above research,consider the unmeasurable state of the agent,introduce the reference output to guide and control the leader,and complete the theoretical derivation of the leader-following tracking control.Secondly,for multi-agent systems under cyber attack,considering that the attack will cause the random switching of the communication topology between agents,the Markov process is used to simulate the random switching of the topology,there are communication delays and data packet losses in the process of agent information interaction.Construct the state observer,through the outdated state information of the multi-agent,use the predictive control method to obtain the state prediction information of the multi-agent up to the current moment,thereby designing a safe and consistent distributed control protocol,achieve the control effect of leader-following secure consensus in the sense of mean square.
