The demand for realism and immersion in virtual surgery systems makes real-time blood flow rendering in virtual surgery an indispensable part of realizing the realism in the entire virtual surgery system.With the improvement of computer graphics hardware performance,real-time rendering becomes possible.In medical applications,real-time blood flow rendering can not only improve the realism of the entire virtual surgery system,but can also provide the impact of blood flow in the operation of the virtual surgery system in a timely manner.First,the advantages and disadvantages of the Lagrangian method and the Euler method for simulating fluid motion are compared.Because the Lagrangian method is more in line with the characteristics of the free flow of blood flow on the surface of the tissue in virtual surgery,the SPH algorithm in the Lagrangian method is used to discretize the Navier-Stokes equation,and the simulation of fluid based on the SPH algorithm is used.Verify and analyze the problems in the process.Description of the graphics pipeline rendering technology used to draw the fluid surface.Then,the pressure calculation error in the process of simulating the fluid motion of the SPH algorithm leads to the phenomenon of particle clustering in the displayed result,and the particle position in the simulation process is corrected on the basis of the density constraint to realize the incompressible characteristics in the fluid simulation.In the simulation space where the number of neighbor particles is small,the density constraint is not satisfied.A method of adding additional repulsion to reduce the number of neighbor particles required for the density constraint is proposed,and the calculation is reduced by reducing the number of particles in the neighborhood particle search The time consumption brought by,eliminates the stuck phenomenon in the fluid simulationFinally,using programmable graphics pipeline technology in the vertex shader stage and fragment shader stage of the rendering pipeline,on the basis of the blood flow motion simulation in this thesis,the currently visible fluid surface is drawn directly.In the screen-space fluid rendering process,according to the characteristics of the fluid under illumination in the real environment,the phenomena of refraction,scattering and incident deviation are taken into account to improve the lighting...
