In recent years,countries around the world have made increasing research efforts in the field of deep space exploration such as manned spaceflight and lunar exploration projects.In the process of detection,parabolic antennas are used as a device to receive radio wave signals on the ground,and their working performance has become more and more prosperous.It has been paid more and more attention.Parabolic antennas that have been exposed to the natural environment for a long time will be thermally deformed after being affected by direct sunlight,wind and rain,resulting in pointing deviations,which will affect the electrical performance of the antenna.In order to correct the pointing deviation caused by the thermal deformation of the antenna and improve the working performance of the antenna,this paper develops a parabolic antenna thermal compensation system based on the "parabolic antenna thermal compensation" project.This system delivers the pointing adjustment to the antenna ACU unit to correct the pointing deviation caused by thermal deformation to achieve the purpose of thermal compensation.Mainly complete the following tasks:(1)Designed a temperature detection hardware platform,collected temperature data through temperature sensors and other equipment and sent it to the software platform;carried out calibration experiments on the temperature sensor;Developed the relay module to solve the problems of signal reflection caused by the long-distance transmission of the serial port,and formulated the communication protocol with the software platform;the hardware platform was installed and verified on the spot.(2)Developed the antenna thermal compensation software platform,which includes 5modules.The communication module realizes the communication between the software and the antenna ACU unit based on TCP.The data processing module receives and parses temperature data through serial communication.The antenna is thermally compensated through the process of temperature acquisition,temperature field inversion,thermal deformation calculation,pointing deviation calculation,pointing adjustment calculation,and issuing the pointing adjustment to the antenna ACU unit.Functional interface module designed for the antenna temperature monitoring platform main interface,node detection interface,parameter setting interface,temperature query interface,temperature trend drawing interface,data export interface and other functional modules.The database module designs the platform database and table structure,and optimizes the index and SQL statements of the database module.Real-time matching and thermal compensation module collects the temperature data,and uses the database,Bloom filter,LSH-Min Hash algorithm and big data technology to match the key point data for which the pointing deviation has been calculated to obtain the pointing deviation value.Using the pointing deviation value directly calculates the pointing adjustment amount and sends it to the antenna ACU unit,realizing real-time compensation for antenna thermal deformation.(3)Build a Hadoop distributed platform as the data management system of the parabolic antenna thermal compensation system.Use Sqoop to migrate massive historical data from My SQL to HBase;use Map Reduce parallel programming framework for key point matching calculations to improve matching efficiency.(4)The hardware and software platform of the parabolic antenna thermal compensation system were installed and deployed on site,and the thermal compensation mechanism and functional modules of the software platform were verified by engineering.System testing was carried out for the data migration,storage and parallel computing functions of the data management system.The antenna-to-satellite test results show that the parabolic antenna thermal compensation system designed in this paper realizes the thermal compensation of the antenna,and the accuracy and real-time performance of the compensation are in line with actual needs.
