In the process of industry 4.0 information revolution,the real-time performance and interoperability requirements of industrial manufacturing systems for data communication have become increasingly prominent.As a highly standardized data communication specification,Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture(OPC UA)supports the unified description of device information and cross-platform data communication capabilities,and also has been widely recognized in the field of industrial automation production.Time-Sensitive Networking(TSN)is a set of standards that support deterministic and real-time communication mechanisms.Its low latency,low jitter and extremely low packet loss rate provide deterministic communication guarantee for industrial applications.The combination of OPC UA and TSN technologies can not only give play to the advantages of OPC UA in terms of semantic interoperability,but also use the network characteristics of TSN to bring more efficient and standardized communication methods to industrial systems.However,the current combination of OPC UA and TSN lacks standard and mature technical solutions.The scheduling configuration process of the TSN network is relatively cumbersome,and manual configuration is highly dependent.In view of this,this article considers applying OPC UA to the user side of TSN network scheduling to realize automatic configuration of TSN network scheduling information.The main work and innovations of this paper are as follows:1.Depth analysis of the research status and key technology OPC UA specifications and TSN network,the key issues to be addressed deep integration of two technologies in research,and scheduling needs were summarized TSN network and configuration management solutions.2.Aiming at the problem of insufficient interoperability in the process of TSN network scheduling configuration,a time-sensitive network user configuration method based on OPC UA is designed.On the basis of the overall architecture of the designed method,a specific plan for the interaction of TSN network information modeling and user-side scheduling configuration data is proposed to ensure that the method can realize the automatic transmission and configuration of TSN network scheduling information as a whole.3.The core modules in the proposed OPC UA-based time-sensitive network user configuration method are developed and implemented.It mainly includes the specific realization of the information model of the TSN network,the embedded OPC UA server of the TSN devices,the UA-TSN configuration management middleware and the centralized user configuration entity.4.Using CNC software modules that developed by the laboratory independently,OPC UA software development kits and NXP LS1028 A development boards,etc.to build an OPC UA-based TSN network user configuration test system.The overall test and verification of the proposed method are carried out,and the test results are analyzed.The test results show that the OPC UA-based time-sensitive network user configuration method proposed in this paper uses OPC UA to realize automatic discovery of TSN network user equipment,can effectively transmit and configure TSN network user side scheduling information,and meet TSN network scheduling Configured application requirements.The method makes full use of the technical advantages of OPC UA and TSN networks,and has important reference value for the improvement of industrial automation systems in terms of interoperability and real-time data communication capabilities.
