With the development of modern communication technologies and improving people's living standard,the demand for faster,more convenient and more flexible communication in industrial production and daily life is constantly promoted,as well as the ever-increasing demand for Internet bandwidth.So,in the new generation communication system planning standards,satellite network and 5G network integration is the most important research direction in the field of communications.The heterogeneous satellite-5G integrated communication system can realize the advantages of both satellite network and terrestrial network,not only can effectively expand the range of available communication services,but also can effectively utilize both the satellite and ground spectrum resources.In this case,the use of reasonable spectrum access scheme to achieve coordination and management between satellite network and 5G network has become the key to realize the integrated satellite-5G networks communication system.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the performance of the Overlay satellite-5G integrated communication system.The domestic and foreign research status of the integration of satellite network and terrestrial network and the application of cognitive radio technologies in satellite-5G integrated communication system were first discussed.And a variety of architectures derived from the multiple connection characteristics of integrated systems are studied,besides,the satellite-5G integrated communication system based on software-defined network and network function virtualization technology was analyzed.On this basic,a hierarchical heterogeneous network spectrum resource management scheme was introduced.And several typical cognitive radio technologies to realize the spectrum access technology of satellite-5G integrated communication system were evaluated in this paper.Then,the satellite-5G integrated communication system based on the Overlay spectrum access scheme was studied in detail.By analyzing the SNR of each communication node in the system model,the expressions of the outage probability of the primary network and the secondary network in the cognitive system were deduced,and the approximated expressions under the high SNR condition were also given.A power allocation scheme adopted in the cognitive system to analyzed the interest parameters of the system outage performance.And the coverage range of secondary network's receivers,namely the secondary network coverage,was deduced based on the outage probability.The simulation results have shown that the outage probability of the primary network is closely related to the transmission paths and the fading condition,and decreases with the increase of the diversity order.Application of small power allocation factor can provide secondary network communication with more power and better use of the main network spectrum,improve the system spectrum efficiency.Finally,a satellite-5G integrated communication system based on time-slot allocation Overlay spectrum access scheme was proposed.The ergodic rate of the primary network and the secondary network were deduced,and the influence of the time-slot allocation factor on the ergodic rate of the satellite network and terrestrial network was analyzed.The simulation results have shown that under the constraint of the ergodic rate of the primary network,the coverage range of the secondary network's transmitters,namely the cognitive region,depends on the value of the time-slot allocation factor,and the corresponding time slot allocation scheme can be flexibly selected according to the ergodic rate performance of the satellite network and the ground network under a certain value of the cognitive region.
