With the continuous improvement of China's national strength and consumption level,consumers no longer focus on the use of functions for product demand,but gradually change to the demand for product emotional experience.However,as the audio industry has entered a mature stage,the gaps in the structure,function and shape of the speaker products of various brands have gradually narrowed.The emotional needs of users need to be met in another way.In this case,major manufacturers urgently need to find new innovation points to meet the emotional needs of consumers.CMF design,as a design method that relies on consumers' spiritual and emotional cognition and pursues product humanization,breaks the design bottleneck of the product industry and opens up the possibility of professional research and design for major enterprises.CMF is an abbreviated name composed of the first letter of the three words Color,Material,and Finishing,which belongs to the category of industrial design.However,the domestic design of CMF is still in the exploratory stage,and various audio companies have not yet clear CMF design specifications.The research focus of this topic is the relationship between CMF and user's perceptual needs.According to the different needs of different consumers,the theoretical methods of perceptual engineering and KANO model are used to study user needs,and the CMF design process and trend are combined in the research process.Construct the CMF design method and process of Bluetooth speakers,and verify the feasibility of the framework through practice.Establish the mapping relationship between the perceptual needs of the target user and the Bluetooth speaker CMF through quantitative data,help audio companies to get out of the predicament and open up new markets,and at the same time meet the perceptual needs of consumers for Bluetooth speakers.This paper mainly expands from the following aspects:(1)Related theoretical research: Analyze and summarize the research status of perceptual image and product CMF design,and analyze the potential connection between perceptual and CMF.(2)Constructing CMF design method: Research on user demand method and CMF design method,and put forward a set of CMF design method for Bluetooth speaker products combined with perceptual theoretical research.(3)Application of CMF design method and process for bluetooth speaker products: Determine specific design goals and target users,analyze the perceptual needs of target users,use the Better-Worse method in the KANO model to determine the design theme,and determine the perceptual image adjectives and experiments based on the design theme sample.The semantic difference method is used to study the mapping relationship between the perceptual image adjectives and each sample,and the CMF design elements are determined according to the mapping relationship obtained from the experiment.Finally,the feasibility of this method and process is verified through the speaker design project of Sanji Audio Technology Co.,Ltd.Sex.By constructing the CMF design method and process of Bluetooth speakers based on perceptual imagery,it provides audio companies with new design breakthroughs.
