Design And Implementation Of Automatic Scoring System For Chinese Essay Questions

In recent years,with the development of artificial intelligence technology,more and more fields have carried out automatic scoring research.The grading of Chinese essay questions is an important field in the examination.The manual grading process often takes a long time,and can not completely guarantee the fairness.The design and implementation of an effective automatic grading system for Chinese essay questions will effectively solve these problems.At present,the technology of automatic grading in the field of Chinese essay questions is still not mature.There are some common problems such as low accuracy and narrow applicability.Because of the complicated grading process,Chinese essay questions cannot be effectively graded by simple automatic grading system.Based on the existing grading system of Chinese essay questions in China,this paper analyzes the grading process and methods.The feature items were designed and extracted from the perspectives of deep semantics,shallow semantics and discourse adequacy.The feature items were merged into data sets and the machine learning model was used for feature fusion.Linear regression model,support vector regression model and random forest model were selected for training and experimental comparison.In the experimental process,the relevant coefficients were adjusted for testing and optimization.From the perspective of the scoring effect,the scoring model was finally obtained by training with the support vector regression model.The validity of the scoring model is verified through experiments.Through the experimental test,the scoring results calculated by the scoring model have high validity.After combing and analyzing the actual requirements of automatic scoring for essay questions,a complete automatic scoring system for Chinese essay questions is designed and implemented based on the scoring model obtained.The function of the system is introduced in detail from several functional modules,and the system is tested.The test results show that the scoring system has a relatively good automatic scoring effect and can better meet the requirements of automatic scoring of essay questions.
