The rapid development of logistics industry puts forward higher requirements for logistics integrated measurement and control equipment.In view of the shortcomings of low integration and low measurement accuracy of traditional logistics equipment,an integrated design is proposed.By integrating the processing algorithms of dynamic weighing and light curtain measurement,the software for integrated logistics measurement and control equipment is developed based on the Qt platform.And the functions of weighing,scanning,photographing and measuring are combined.By analyzing the demand of logistics integrated measurement and control equipment,the weight estimation algorithm based on effective data filtering and the graphical processing algorithm of light curtain data are studied,which combined with the characteristics of dynamic acquisition of weight data and size data of goods by the system.The software architecture of "interface interaction + background processing" is built,and the overall scheme of high precision logistics integrated measurement and control equipment software is designed.Based on the analysis of the weighing part's condition,the effective weight data is obtained through analyzing and screening the serial port stream data.By comparing the processing effect of the least square method and the BP neural network algorithm on the effective weight data,the BP neural network algorithm is selected as the weight estimation algorithm.The accurate and rapid acquisition of the weight data of the cargo under dynamic conditions is realized.Based on the real-time collection of light curtain detection of cargo's light blocking data,the outline of the cargo is drawn according to the velocity of conveyor belt.Based on OpenCV and the minimum containment rectangle algorithm,the image is processed through the contour division,contour correction,as well as the calculation and display optimization of the minimum containment rectangle,which achieves the acquisition of cargo size data under dynamic conditions.Based on the thought of hierarchical structure,the background processing part of the software is designed and implemented by using the technologies of finite state machine and HTTP protocol.And the functions of process control,equipment management and data processing of the equipment are realized.Based on XML file format and "signal-slot" mechanism,the custom interface and fixed interface of the software are designed.The design and implementation of the logistics integrated measurement and control equipment software are completed.The test experiment is carried out on the software of logistics integrated measurement and control equipment.And the function of each module of the software is verified to be normal under the condition of multiple operation,special situation simulation,and multiple measurement of the same cargo.The experimental results show that the accuracy of weight data can reach ±20g,the accuracy of dimension data can reach ±7mm,and the qualified rate of cargo data can reach more than 99%,which realizes the high degree of integration and measurement accuracy.
