Research On Knowledge Graph Construction And Semantic Search In Express Logistics Domain

With the rapid development of China's express logistics industry and the improvement of people's living standards,express logistics service resources become more and more rich,at the same time,people have more personalized demand for sending express.But at present,the express logistics service resources in our country are scattered in various companies in the industry.The process of express logistices is complex and different,and there is no unified description model;express companies do not explore the potential needs of users,which makes it difficult for users to express more needs,and express companies are also difficult to provide personalized services for user characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to get the personalized needs of users accurately and provide them with corresponding services.First of all,aiming at the problem that the description of service resources in the domain of express logistics is not uniform,this paper describes the whole express logistics service and service process in a standardized way.Through the analysis of express logistics service in reality,express the service and process in a formal way,so as to describe the service resources of express logistics industry.Secondly,combined with the description of express logistics service resources and real industry data,this paper proposes to build a unified knowledge graph of express logistics for description and storage.The data of knowledge graph in express logistics domain mostly come from many kinds of structured or semi-structured data.According to this characteristic,this paper proposes to extract the model and data needed in the knowledge graph from the data source by model driven architecture.Model driven architecture describes things from four levels,corresponding to the pattern layer and data layer of the knowledge graph to a certain extent,which can better complete the knowledge extraction work,thus forming the knowledge graph of express logistics domain,so as to provide semantic search function based on the knowledge graph.Thirdly,based on the constructed knowledge graph of express logistics,this paper provides users with semantic based service search and personalized service recommendation functions.Through the semantic processing of user input,the multilevel needs of users are obtained,and the results that meet the needs of users are obtained in the knowledge graph.Through the user's historical behavior,obtain the user's preference characteristics,and provide personalized logistics service recommendation for usersFinally,based on the knowledge graph and semantic search in the domain of express logistics,a semantic search system of express logistics service for ordinary users and industry enterprises is designed and implemented.The system uses the constructed knowledge graph of express logistics,provides online service search function for ordinary users,perceives users' preferences in the process of service selection,builds user portraits,and provides personalized service recommendations for users.
