Research On The Impact Of Shared Bicycle Stations Setting On Tourist Satisfaction In Tourist Attractions

With outstanding advantages,such as convenience,economy,low-carbon,and health,shared bicycle is an effective solution to users' short-distance travel pain points and have become a typical business model of the sharing economy.With the promotion and application of shared bicycles,the combination of shared bicycles and tourist attractions is becoming more and more closely.Shared bicycles can effectively improve the accessibility of tourist attractions,and provide more diverse travel modes for tourists.At the same time,they can also effectively supplement and link up traffic travel modes such as buses and subways.Whether the tourist satisfaction of tourist attractions will be affected by the setting of shared bicycle stations,and whether there is a heterogeneous effect when this effect exists,and how station characteristics affect tourist satisfaction are all worthy of verification.Based on the station data of shared bicycle system Divvy and the tourist attraction data of online travel website Trip Advisor,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the impact of shared bicycle station setting on tourist satisfaction through multi-period difference-in-difference method,and further explores the heterogeneous effect of this impact and the impact of shared bicycle station characteristics on tourist satisfaction.The results of empirical research show that the setting of shared bicycle stations within 200 meters of tourist attractions has a significant impact on the improvement of tourists satisfaction,and shows heterogeneous effects on tourist attractions with different attributes.Compared with the tourist attractions with high scores of walking suitability,shared bicycles have a more positive impact on tourist attractions with low scores of walking suitability.Compared with the tourist attractions in non-central business district,shared bicycles have a greater improvement in the satisfaction of tourists at tourist attractions in the central business district.At the same time,the number of shared bicycle stations within 200 meters near the attractions has a positive impact on tourist satisfaction,while the average distance between shared bicycle stations within 200 meters near the tourist attractions and tourist attractions has a negative impact on tourist satisfaction.Further research finds that with the increase of the distance threshold between tourist attractions and shared bicycle stations,the effect of station setting on satisfaction shows a weakening trend.The research results of this paper will help guide the operators of tourist attractions to understand the importance of shared bicycles.Meanwhile,through specific guidance and suggestions,it will help tourist attractions and shared bicycles to achieve mutual benefit and win-win,which is of great significance for the deep integration of shared bicycles and tourist attractions.
