Massive multiple input multiple output(Massive MIMO)can effectively improve the transmission rate and energy efficiency.Applying it to mobile edge computing(MEC)system can improve the efficiency of system offloading and reduce the delay. However, the problem of information leakage occurs during the offloading process of massive MIMO,which directly affects the information security of the system. At the same time, the industrial Internet of Things service also gradually increases the demand for the freshness of information of status updates. Therefore, this paper conducts research from two aspects:the security and energy-saving of the physical layer of the massive MIMO-MEC system and the information freshness of the service status updates.First of all,the problem of computing offloading secure and energy-saving of massive MIMO-MEC system is studied.Users are susceptible to threats such as malicious user interference and eavesdropping when performing computing offloading tasks.Massive MIMO technology can effectively reduce interference, and combined with physical layer security technology can effectively prevent eavesdropping. Thus, the article uses massive MIMO and physical layer security technology to apply to the MEC system. The article jointly optimizes the user's transmission power, offloading method, and offloading rate, minimize the total energy consumption of the system based on ensuring the secure of offloading.Simulation results show that the energy efficiency of Massive MIMO-MEC is 30%higher than that of MIMO-MEC when the task amount reaches5×10~5 bits under the premise of ensuring information security.Secondly, considering the strict requirements of Industrial control and other applications on the freshness of status information, the age of information(AoI)is a new measurement method used to measure the freshness of status updates. Therefore, this paper studies the AoI performance under the massive MIMO-MEC system.Because the network has the characteristics of bursty traffic, the traditional queuing theory has the problems of insufficient accuracy and scalability in performance analysis. The stochastic network calculus can fully simulate the arrival characteristics of network traffic and allow a certain probability of violation to exceed the performance boundary of the network.Compared with queuing theory, stochastic network calculus can more accurately describe the stochastic arrival process and service process. Therefore, this article uses stochastic network calculus(SNC)to analyze the AoI performance in massive MIMO-MEC.Theoretical analysis shows that the use of massive MIMO technology reduces the AoI of state updates, and when the number of antennas reaches100,the AoI of system tends to the optimal value. Finally, the simulation results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
