The public network digital trunking systems is a broadband professional mobile digital communication systems.The video transmission service of the dispatching systems can help dispatchers to obtain real-time video of mobile terminals.Video stabilization technology is applied to public network digital trunking dispatching systems,which can reduce the impact of mobile terminal rotation jitter on dispatching terminal video imaging,improve the imaging quality of dispatching terminal video image and meet the requirements of dispatching systems for real-time and stability of video imaging.Therefore,the research and implementation of the video image stabilization technology of the public network digital trunking dispatching systems is of great significance.On the basis of reviewing the research status of broadband digital trunking systems and video image stabilization technology at home and abroad,this paper studies and realizes the video stabilization technology of public network digital trunking dispatching systems.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the composition and functions of the broadband digital trunking systems,the expansion capabilities of B-Trun C(Boardband Trunking Communication)and MCVideo(Mission Critical Video)broadband digital trunking systems are analyzed,mainstream video image stabilization algorithms such as block matching,gray projection and feature matching are studied,and DREV(Defense Research Establishment Vileartier)is also studied.The architecture of the video surveillance surveillance image stabilization systems and the ARL(Amry Research Laborator)unmanned vehicle video image stabilization systems;2.A motion estimation algorithm based on feature point matching is proposed.In the process of feature point extraction,the algorithm improves the extraction efficiency of feature points by optimizing the threshold judgment conditions of pixels,and at the same time uses non-maximum suppression method to solve the problem of feature point aggregation,taking into account the extraction of feature points.Accuracy.In the process of feature point matching,the algorithm uses the reverse feature matching method to improve the feature point matching algorithm,eliminates the unmatched feature points of the video image,and uses the mismatch elimination algorithm to improve the accuracy of feature point matching and reduce the features Errors in the point matching process to obtain an accurate global motion vector;3.A motion compensation algorithm based on bilinear interpolation is proposed.The algorithm outputs the stabilized video image through bilinear interpolation operation,which not only effectively improves the quality of video imaging,but also reduces the amount of calculation of the system,which can meet the requirements of the scheduling system for real-time video transmission,and at the same time make the motion compensated The display effect of video images is more accurate;4.A video image stabilization function based on the public network digital trunking dispatching systems is realized.Using C++ language and based on the Windows operating system,the login/logout and video transmission functions of the dispatch terminal have been developed.Based on the implementation of the video function of the dispatch terminal,it further realizes the feature point detection,feature point matching,mismatch elimination,global motion vector solution and bilinear interpolation compensation of the video image of the dispatch terminal,so as to realize the video of the public network digital trunking dispatch systems Image stabilization technology.5.A test environment for the video image stabilization of the public network digital trunking dispatching systems was built to test the system login,logout and video call functions.After the functional test of the dispatching terminal,the accuracy,real-time and stability of the dispatching terminal's video image stabilization are tested.The test results show that the video image stabilization technology of the public network digital trunking dispatching systems can meet the design requirements.
