Research On Process Route Recommendation Method Based On Knowledge Graph

With the continuous improvement of the technical level and comprehensive strength of enterprises,the internal knowledge management of enterprises is regarded as the key to restricting the improvement of enterprises' technical strength.While expanding new technologies and knowledge,more and more companies are beginning to pay attention to how to manage existing technologies and knowledge so that they can give full play to their role and escort the advancement of corporate technical strength.As an important part of the field of knowledge management,knowledge graphs have great advantages in creating efficient and interconnected knowledge bases.This paper uses the knowledge graph to manage enterprise knowledge,so as to solve the problem of knowledge management in the enterprise.This paper mainly conducts the research on the recommended method to realize the process route based on the knowledge graph.First,discover the existing problems in the process of enterprise knowledge management,analyze the current situation of the work management of the enterprise process department,sort out the product process design process,and gradually explore the methods to solve the problem from the problem.Then,from the perspective of establishing the model layer and the data layer,the product process route knowledge graph is constructed,and a graph database of the process route knowledge is obtained.In the process of constructing knowledge graph,ontology theory is also introduced to define related knowledge concepts,and the processing of entity data is completed through knowledge extraction.After that,the existing graph search method is used to find similar historical products and process route structure for the new product in the knowledge graph,and on this basis,it is proposed to calculate the label similarity again to realize the recommendation function.The construction of the knowledge graph not only realizes the formal expression of process route knowledge,but also transforms this knowledge from an isolated individual into an interconnected organic whole,which not only optimizes the enterprise product knowledge base,but also provides more convenient access and integration in the future.Calling this knowledge laid the foundation.Aiming at the problem of automatic process route recommendation,this paper proposes a method to improve the existing graph search algorithm to realize the recommendation function according to the characteristics of process knowledge data,which will help solve practical problems and solve other internal knowledge management problems in the enterprise in the future.
